I am so very disappointed in this location. My wedding ring was stolen out of the mail. The ring was a Neil Lane bridal set with a cost in excess of 5k. My ring was sent for repair in Oct. after several calls and being told the ring came back more stone were loose it was sent back for repair. Finally the mgr after calling her said my ring was stolen. It became and issue with replacing the ring, honoring the plan for lifetime fixing and repair. Although it was not the mgr fault that the ring was stolen. It is all that occurred after that. I was told my new ring would be priority to have sized and sent back. It wasn't! It was not like this when Michael was the mgr. I would get an email or call that my ring was ready for pickup within 2 weeks, certainly not in excess of 30 days. Save yourself the headache find another Kay or visit DavincI Jewlers in the Apparel Mart. That or find out where Michael went. read more
