The center weight and chain fell from the movement of the clock. He was supposed to put the chain and weight back on. When he did the weight was off centered and the clock did not work. He stated I needed a new movement for the clock. By the way his service charge and travel charge was independent of each other. Which turned out to be very expensive. Finally I got another clock shop to look at my clock. The serviceman found out, the chain was put on incorrectly. That's why the weight was off centered and the clock did not work.
