Casey is an excellent PT focusing on the two issues I am having problems with. She knows how work my knees to loosen them so that walking is easier. Also, her focus on balance activities has really made a difference with my fear of falling. From the beginning Casie listened to my concerns and made a plan to help me. Each and every single person there is so friendly and greet you by name when you arrive each time. Alyssa and Amani are both so helpful with the exercises. Lyn is a fantastic physical therapist! She always asks where I'm having pain that day and really does such a great job working out all the knots and tightness. I always feel so much better after seeing her! Dr. T, the chiropractor, is also really great too, especially since I'm there because of back pain. They are also doing weekly COVID testing to make sure all of the patients stay healthy. They make sure to sanitize all of the equipment and beds before you use them too. They're also really great with rescheduling, which I always appreciate. They also are nice if you show up late to your appointment too. Overall, I highly recommend SportsMed for anyone needing physical therapy! But after two and a half months I was not feeling better, I got a MRI on my own showing a torn L5 as well as other issues, and only after another expensive package they requested spine decompression, which I was never told they had at this location. I asked one of the doctors if he saw the MRI I brought in and he told me no. Since I paid out of pocket about 7K. I felt broke and defeated. How can you not look at someone's MRI who could barely stand? To this day still spamming me with postcards, phone calls etc. Dr. and staff told me it was procedure. No remorse no explanation
