What made the situation even more frustrating was being told repeatedly that I was "next" to be seen, only to watch other patients who arrived after me and had later appointment times get called back first. When I asked about it, the explanations I received from the staff were inconsistent and didn't match what I had personally observed. Rather than acknowledging the excessive wait time and poor communication, I felt like I was being given excuses. The doctor's explanation only added to my frustration and did not address the actual issue. In fact, he took an incredibly rude attitude toward me when I inquired politely about it. I understand that medical offices can run behind, but waiting over two hours more than once is unacceptable. After speaking with others in the waiting room, it was clear that I was not the only one with this experience. Patients deserve honest communication and respect for their time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

When I first came in for the free consultation, Lawrence listened to my problems and helped set my goals accordingly. He explained exactly what I needed done and how we would do it. His entire staff are all very knowledgeable and educated about anatomy, exercise, pain and treatment. During my sessions, I am one on one with my physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. If they happen to be doing two people at the same time, the other physical therapist or assistants will watch and make sure I'm doing my exercises correctly. The atmosphere is not only helpful and productive but also fun. I honestly look forward to coming here and just casually chatting with Lawrence, Moise and other patients. The front desk staff is very nice. When I originally called to make an appointment they were very accommodating. They collected my insurance information and got back to me right away to let me know they accepted my insurance (note: I called many facilities prior and not 1 was in network with mine and luckily they were here). I love that this facility is affiliated with HSS. The location itself is very clean and new. The stuff in the kids section isn't run down. So far I'm very happy with my sons therapy. We love Elise.
