One of the worst massages I've ever had. Did 90 min combo. I was told if I wanted it deeper than medium pressure $10 more. Ok. Pressure was lousy despite asking for it to be deeper multiple times. Then I was asked multiple times if I wanted the essential oils for $10 more. Wasn't about the $10 but about the constant up selling. I said no. But she asked three more times. 0 star. My girlfriend and I get there an hour early to check in. We were told to come back at 2 which is our time that was scheduled days before. We come back 10 minutes early to be told there is another couple getting the massage we scheduled. This was at the end of a fantastic weekend but now we are driving 3 hours home disappointed in how this company does business. Would highly not recommend and not sure why they set appointments. read more

Very relaxing deep tissue massage. Felt amazing after 2 days of skiing and lots of tired muscles. My wife and her buddy were very impressed. I fell asleep halfway through my massage which is always a good sign. Prices was reasonable. Bathroom was surprisingly sparking clean. FYI. They may not pick up the phone if they are with a customer, so leave a number and they will call back. Fingers crossed they get an online reservation system in place so we can skip the need to call in the first place. One possible negative is that because my wife's massage started a bit late and so it ended late. My massage was supposed to start at 3pm but got delayed by 10min. And so mine ended late as well. My husband scheduled a foot massage for me. I walked in and immediately she tried to upsell me to a back and foot massage. I said no twice so the third time she asked I said yes. I got undressed and laid on the table waiting for her to come in. I was freezing and there was no music on. The ambiance definitely left something to be desired. She massaged me over the blanket I had on, which wasn't bad. But I had no idea what was about to come. She whips the blanket off of me so far that I'm laying there with my butt fully displayed. Then proceeds to rub me down with oil, spending an uncomfortable amount of time rubbing my bare butt. She then leaves the room, one of the several times she does, grabs a hot towel and then hits me over the head with it a few times before rubbing my whole body down with it. When massaging my arms, she would pick them up and basically threw them back down on the bed and every time I moved my body she would grab me and put it back where she wanted it. She also kept slapping my skin while she was rubbing my body. Not very relaxing. I flipped over and saw that the door had been left open for my whole service, just another thing that made me uncomfortable. The icing on the cake was when she lifted my leg up and over my other leg, exposing my lady bits. I will never come back. read more

A mixed review for sure. I booked a couples massage and it was posted it would be $180. We got there 10 minutes early and they started 5 minutes late. I had to tell them to close the door? That was very odd. About 1/2 way thru someone came in the room and then left but kept the door ajar so remained partially open which I could then hear people outside the door. Not very relaxing. The therapist didn't ask about any body issues. I had two shoulder surgeries so shoulder origami created pain and had to tell her to stop. That should be discussed prior but the English was not fluent. The first 20 minutes I got massages with the covers on. Most massages they start the first few minuted like that. Then the massage really finally started. It was a mixed bag too. Some parts were too repetitive and others had more skill and was good. Overall my husband and I both agreed it was abut a 3.5*. A bit overpriced for the skill level of the massage therapists and the fact they ended up charging us $200. read more

Rarely do I write reviews, I should but I am usually in the audience when it comes to them. So the fact I am writing a review on something means its either awful or amazing. This one is AMAZING! I drove by and saw a sign saying "now open" and it intrigued me because massage is my favorite thing! I've had migraines and chronic neck pain for quite some time and massage is helpful in managing it when I am able to. I called about a month ago when I woke up with neck pain and there was an availability that day, the woman on the phone (Sally) was helpful and kind. Booking with them is always so easy and they are very flexible. Sally ended up doing my massage and it was the best massage I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. It was sooo relaxing and she knew exactly where my pain was without me having to tell her. The environment is clean and inviting and they are very professional. Sally provided me with a card that they keep there for you and initial for every massage you get, and then you get a 10th massage free! After my massage I told my Dad about it and he went and got one as well and enjoyed it as well. He has a pinched nerve and David who opened this business introduced him to the PEMF therapy. It took away the pain in his shoulder after one 4 minute trial and he plans to go back. Low and behold I experienced another migraine today and decided to give the PEMF a try. It reduced the pain in my head right away and was very calming overall. I will be going back and believe this therapy will truly help the outcome of my headaches. David said a few sessions 48-72 hours apart can take pain away for the most part (depending on your condition) and then every couple of weeks if desired to maintain it. This is a truly remarkable treatment and sharing it is important. Once the pain is gone and a patient no longer needs to go anymore, he's cured them and they no longer need it. Therefor, sharing this experience will keep this wonderful treatment in Traverse City. Another thing I must mention is the affordability of this!! $20 a session for the PEMF and an hour massage for $60 is the best you will find around here for this kind of quality. When I was in for the PEMF I couldn't resist another massage and they were able to get me in a few hours later. Kaya did my massage this time and she was as great as Sally. They are both beautiful and wonderful at what they do. David is also friendly and inviting!! I can't wait to go back and I really hope this business thrives! read more

The ladies here are top notch. I have a chronic issue and they listen and conform the massage to my problem. It's part massage, part physical therapy, and it is not your normal run of the mill massage. There's a lot of trust and sincere interest in my improvement.
