I recommend taking the full basic course because it will get your dog/puppy familiar with the facilities and interacting with other dogs. There is an advance training course which I will go back when I have time to drop off my little one. My only con is there hours, when I get off of work and trying to make it there in time to pick my puppy. I have to request if they could stay late or get charged an extra night for boarding him.

My daughter brought her dog here for training and had a horrible experience. We still don't know…read moreexactly what happened because everyone has a different explanation. My daughter stopped in to visit her dog and noticed bleeding coming from his ear. He had a tear on his ear and brought him immediately to the vet. Poor dog had to be sedated and sutured. The tear was also infected. Nobody ever notified my daughter of the incident but was told hit happened the week prior. (Conflicting reports of the exact day) Not to mention when she showed up the dog smelled like urine. She was told he urinates in his crate every night. She said he never does that at home and asked how long he was crated.... The response was 14 HOURS!!! This is inhumane!! PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE!!!!
