Tango boarded at Godley Station several times over the years, and I always had complete confidence that he was safe, comfortable, and well cared for while he was there. The staff treated him like family, and that peace of mind meant a great deal to me. Throughout his life, Tango received his vaccinations, routine care, and medical treatment at the hospital. The doctors, technicians, and staff were always professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. They never made us feel rushed and always took the time to answer questions and explain treatment options. A few weeks ago, we faced the heartbreaking reality of saying goodbye to Tango. The team at Godley Station helped guide us through one of the most painful experiences a pet owner can endure with compassion, dignity, and kindness. Their support during that difficult time meant more to our family than words can adequately express. Then, sometime later, we received a handwritten sympathy card signed by members of the staff along with Tango's paw and nose prints. It was such a thoughtful and deeply personal gesture that brought comfort during a very difficult season. In a world where so many interactions feel rushed and impersonal, this act of kindness stood out tremendously. Godley Station Animal Hospital isn't simply a veterinary clinic; they are a group of caring professionals who genuinely love animals and the families who love them. It was a beautiful experience despite heart wrenching emotions. Dr. Nesbit has been an excellent Vet for Miller, and I appreciate how he never tried to rack tests and pricing up and always seemed truly focused on the well-being of my dog. Dr Nesbit has a spirit that only other dog lovers and dogs understand. Thank you for helping me through some tough times with my BFF (Best Fury Friend), I highly recommend him and Godley Station to all.

We contracted with Jill's service to overnight /day sit with our beloved puppy. We interviewed her…read moreand thought she would work well for our puppy. Shortly before her week stay, she informed us that one of her trusted employees would be sitting and she would monitor her during that week. We interviewed the employee and although we were not happy with the change, (on that short of notice) we were stuck. We left on a Sunday (Giving her a two page overview of our Dog's needs/habits along with phone numbers to vet, us, etc.) and returned the following Sunday afternoon. Two of the three water bowls were dirty and empty, although the main bowl had just been filled, patio door open. Over the next week we got reports of from our next-door neighbors that our dog was left in the patio though-out at least one night alone! We then found out earlier in the week she was left out in the yard during the day, again no one was here. In fact our normal sitter whom was working across the street told us that over the week she seldom saw anyone during the day ,let alone at night!!!! My Wife called Jill the day we were made aware of the mistreatment and why we would never use her again. Jill said she would investigate our claims,( but why did it take several days to let her know?) , and she would get back to us.. I talked with her (a few days later as I was livid when I found out) again only to hear this was not her fault and but she fired the other lady (whom had worked for her at almost one year!) Jill did not offer an apology , but said she would refund the 600 plus dollars. We have not received anything in the month since this occurred. My last phone conversation with her, she emphatically said we would not need to talk ever again. I hope this opens some eyes to the obviously poor business practices. The mistreatment of an animal that cannot speak for themselves is inexcusable. We will never use or recommend her to anyone. Be aware!

He saved one of my cats twice, He was a saint. He is retired now. We now have 2 tuxedo cats, a cheweenie and recently we got 2 lab pit puppies Gracie and George and they are 9 months old. Tried getting a refund and he wanted me to pay him more money to get it back and involve lawyers. This company should not be allowed to stay in business. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

We extensively researched trainers in the area prior to selecting DogWorx. Enrique took a great amount of time and care answering our questions, explaining his techniques, and making sure we understood the process. He is the only one we knew had the heart and compassion to do it. He is AWESOME!! We were a little needy for communication along the way, and Enrique always made time to keep us posted on Scout's progress. I also became chronically ill and Scout needed to stay longer than planned -- Enrique did what he had to do to help us as a family as well - going above and beyond training Scout. He is first class all the way. When Scout returned, Enrique spent over 3 hours working with my husband, son, and me ensuring we understood her commands and were confident using them. Any time we had a question, he returned the call right away. And we had quite a few questions!! The skills and confidence Scout gained during her training with DogWorx and Enrique are truly beyond remarkable! She returned confident, calm, happy, proud -- truly amazing!! Taking her for a walk, running errands, having guests at our home, taking her to the vet -- other people's reactions are total WOW, too!! She's simply confident, calm, and happy. She rocks thanks to DogWorx. The most amazing experience was during the recent hurricane. We evacuated to a higher end hotel in Atlanta. Given her manners, we were able to first STAY at the hotel. She earned attention everywhere she went. She was calm, patient, had perfect manners. The last two days of the hurricane we relocated to a hotel in the historic district in Savannah. As we walked around Savannah, she earned the same praises. However, when asked if she had been trained, and we answered yes, DogWorx reputation is known. The constant response was, "Enrique is the best." and "We love seeing DogWorx here in Savannah." If anyone tells you differently, I would question their motives. DogWorx has a huge loyal following, you can see them in action daily, and they are the ultimate professionals. We are away for the Thanksgiving holiday, and we are happy knowing Scout is safe and happy enjoying her DogWorx family. We wouldn't trust her with anyone else.
