When I picked them up they both had massive skin infections and double eye infections. See photos. They were acting weird when when I picked them up and when I took them to the dog wash (because they failed to bathe them like I requested) I noticed the trauma. They were not acting right. They would not eat or play for almost a week afterwards. Boarding is stressful enough on dogs but they definitely experienced some trauma. Bottom line if you are looking for a safe place to ensure the well being of your dog when you are gone this is not the place. Price for two dogs for 2 weeks $600 and an additional $400+ to have your dogs treated by a vet after. Side note: they insist you pay for all your boarding fees before you even drop them off! They get all there money up front! As others have said Kim is very rude and condescending.

Dr. Purcell acted quickly--he prescribed medication right away and got us scheduled for surgery the following week without hesitation. He performed the procedure, including extractions, and made sure everything was sent off for biopsy so we had answers. Unfortunately, the results weren't the news we were hoping for, but through it all, they have been incredibly compassionate, understanding, and supportive. They took the time to walk me through everything, referred me to an oncologist, and made sure I knew all my options without ever making me feel pressured. That level of attentiveness and care is something I will never forget. Even after surgery, when she developed an upset stomach from her medications, they didn't hesitate for a second to get me what she needed. That kind of responsiveness means everything when you're worried about your pet. On top of Dr. Purcell being amazing, his entire staff is just as incredible. Every technician we interacted with was kind, gentle, and attentive, and the front desk team is always so welcoming, helpful, and organized. You can truly feel how much they all care. What stands out the most is how respectful, thorough, and genuinely caring the entire team is. Their pricing has also been very fair and reasonable, which has made such a stressful situation easier to navigate. I am so happy I finally made the switch from the franchise vet I had been going to for the past 12 years.
