I told him I needed someone to take me to doctor's and help clean house. He brought a nice woman named Susan to help me. He wanted to know the days and hours I needed her and I gave them to him. He didn't tell me she had to stay four hours and she had to call him immediately after leaving and she was required to report what happened here. Twice I told her to leave early because I was sick and needed to be alone. She reported this to Benjamin Sawyer and he took my hours and days away from me without my knowledge. I called telling him I was upset over this. He threw it up to me that they weren't a taxi service. I said I told you in the beginning what I needed and you went along with it. I texted him I was still upset that Susan gave him a bad report. He texted me he wanted no more messages about being upset. I called him this morning and his wife answered. I tried to tell her there was a communication problem. I told him I liked Susan who he sent to help me and said I hope you all pay her for her mileage and he told me that was no concern of mine. The last call he said, "No wonder you're by yourself, Susan isn't coming back." This was when I tied in with him calling him a few choice words. Don't call him for help is my advice.

She got on my case about my messy room, and does not help me clean it up before doing other activities. They had to discharge me, because they wanted to give up on me, and also I have find another agency, wait another 2 weeks to start all over again. These people come from the Galactic Federation just like any other corrupted Galactic Federation owned agency. Also the owner of this company has a deep military background to set the record streight, forcing us to work for them, and not for us. I knew this wasn't going to last forever, because of the stress and pressure that the recent caregiver has given me, and trying to force me be discharged. I think discharging should be outlawed and never allowed especially where there are little or no new options out there. I just hate being thrown to the curve just like that, because I not not elite enough, not perfect enough to be part of their family. Just throw me into the woods and being forgotten. This is what I get and deserve, and why I cannot with the home care corruption. I am under too much stress, too much pressure, and they do deserve this negative review to be posted and shared with many others. I am getting tired of this, these people come from different worlds. They just want to be cruel to be kind, and it does not matter what you do for them, they want you to kiss their behind. This agency is not for everybody, and it's sure not for me. I don't recommend this agency and I sure did not recommend their transportation services. I should of never been assigned to them in the first place. They are so last year, they don't want to improve their compassion skills. They don't even like giving you a hug.

When I gave notice to vacate and told them the rent is paid, no response until I had to email about twice. Attached photo is debt collection notice after moving out 4 months. They'll communicate when they want money. The place has nickel and dime my mom. $35 for shampoo. $80 a month for laundry. What drove me to vacate was the sales lady didn't tell me that they don't have Medicaid long term care bed for mom when I asked. She said they'll discuss it later, which is when I told them my mom will be low on funds and can't stay there because I was led to believe in the spend down for Medicaid Long term care. Also, they wanted to use my mom's photo for their marketing. This place cares for you if you can afford it.
