At 9:45 I call and ask where she is. She was in car driving but said she was waiting for partner. An hour later I called again. Now its the song and dance about a leak at an Air BnB and she cant come but will send partner. And hour later- still no one shows. I said if the dont arrive by noon do not bother coming. At 12:30 2 woman show up to clean.Not a partner. Dont even work for her. Just random people she called to do the " easy quick dust and vacuum. After conversation- I learn she isnt even in Michigan. Operating out of Florida. Lies from the get go. This is the entire scenario one hopes to avoid.

The first cleaner didn't clean out the oven,…read morethe top of the microwave, the kitchen counters, the kitchen sink, any of the cabinets, washer/dryer, bathroom sink, trim dusty, room fans dusty, baseboards unwiped, vacuumed carpets again, moped floors again and the list can go on. If it werent for smelling cleaning products when I walked in I would question if anything was actually cleaned. For context this was a 2 bed and 1 bath condo. They tried to make it right by sending another cleaner to do some things missed, but at the end of the day there was so much I had to clean even after this was done. I do not recommend this company and don't want others to have my same experience. The owner of the company has since contacted me asking me to remove my photos and has accused me of lying. She states that she FaceTimed with the 2nd cleaner and that she inspected. Well photos don't lie! - I'm frankly shocked. Please use anyone else!! Beware!
