I did wait another 10 minutes for the new item, but she insisted I take the mistake anyway on the house. I was extremely surprised and ok to wait. When she delivered my final meal, she also included a waffle on the house for the inconvenience. I was so surprised by this I tipped the woman $5 for this. When you own up to a mistake like that, and exceed in making a customer happy, you deserve the tip. How the food! Amazing! That cheesesteak bowl is a hit! Jealous it wasn't my meal!
