Not only was she patient with me, but extremely kind and knowledgeable. She was honest and provided me with the information I needed to make great purchases, in my opinion. I was also provided with a great discount, which I definitely was not expecting. Due to the timing of my visit, there were some things that were out of stock, but what they had was plenty for me. Both adult and kid friendly fireworks! Jamie suggested going there around April to get the full experience. I am definitely going back! I don't do this often, but when I do, I'm going there. The store had a scent to it like it was a pet shop, that's kinda nasty. Besides that I was impressed with the amount of fireworks that were on display as well as the fair pricing for all of the fireworks. The best thing I can say is that there are a lot of cool fireworks and that you should stop in. There is a lot of parking, also considered I came in November which is a down time for the store, again price is fair. This is the only store that I make sure to use the restroom at home before I go shopping every time. I understand that bathrooms get dirty but it literally feels like they only clean it once a week. The two stalls are always caked in mysterious substances, the toilets have feces on them (Everytime without fail), the floors usually have what I can only assume is feces as well and are sticky. Twice now I've come directly home and jumped in the shower before putting my groceries away because I felt so gross. Please do better.

Even called Ashley Furniture headquarters. Requested refund after 6 weeks of calling weekly and getting the run around, money was returned in the form of a check, that bounced. Was issued another check (even though was promised cash), went to the bank on the check and they would not cash because it was a new account. Finally my home bank cashed the account and I bought furniture elsewhere. Was gave a better deal than the Ashley store in Johnson City would give, but ended up costing more in gas, time and run around.
