You feel that you are their top priority. You truly believe that with all your heart. Their services extend far beyond what is required to "get the job done". They were borderline hostile when we were there planning the service, argued with us about what day to have the service, misquoted prices, spelled my dad's name wrong on their website and got the year of his birth incorrect. (they had him born 1999 not 1950). They were rude on the phone and called my mother by the wrong name TWICE when she took the burial clothes to the funeral home (and this was after I had called to make an appointment for her - so they knew she was coming). Now if this weren't enough they arrived LATE WITH MY FATHER to the funeral. Yes LATE! I wouldn't recommend this funeral home to anyone.
