We were all pleasantly surprised by how much we liked this location. The Nike outlet near me in West Palm Beach isn't always the best, but this store had a great selection. Even my high school senior son, who can be picky, found plenty he liked. He ended up buying T-shirts, shorts, and a pair of sneakers. I even bought the same sneakers as him--his idea, and it was a fun mother-son moment! The prices were excellent, especially with the additional sales they were running on many items. We accidentally bought the wrong size shorts for my son and returned the next day. The exchange was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Every employee we encountered was friendly and courteous. I also liked that they carried Nike x SKIMS products, including running bras, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this was a great shopping experience, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. When I returned to the store on March 14th with the receipt, box and defective shoes, the employee (Catelyn, who later said she was the manager) refused to help. She first claimed she would speak with the manager, then later said she was the manager and there was no one else I could speak to. Even with the receipt proving the purchase date, she said she could not confirm the purchase because she was not the salesperson who sold the shoes, essentially implying that I could be lying. This is unacceptable for a premium product from a brand like ASICS. The shoes failed after two days of light use, and instead of helping, the store staff chose to question the customer's honesty and provide no solution. Very disappointing experience.
