The market is down for the most part so Jordan's that would have sold out years back are sitting below retail here. They had plenty of stock and sizing. It was super busy and crowded. When I returned to the store on March 14th with the receipt, box and defective shoes, the employee (Catelyn, who later said she was the manager) refused to help. She first claimed she would speak with the manager, then later said she was the manager and there was no one else I could speak to. Even with the receipt proving the purchase date, she said she could not confirm the purchase because she was not the salesperson who sold the shoes, essentially implying that I could be lying. This is unacceptable for a premium product from a brand like ASICS. The shoes failed after two days of light use, and instead of helping, the store staff chose to question the customer's honesty and provide no solution. Very disappointing experience.
