She has a knack for explaining complex medical information in a way that is easy to understand, ensuring I feel informed and empowered. She is thorough in her exams and diagnoses, and doesn't make me feel stupid when it is clear I have spent way too much time on WebMD (smile). She even respects my opinions and preferences. All of this has led to her fostering a positive doctor-patient relationship. Trust me. She knows her stuff and knows her patients. She remembers things I have a hard time recalling and is decisive and thorough and confident. The hazelwood office is a hot mess at best filled with angry, rude unhelpful office staff. The office manager is among the worst and refuses to recognize how abrasive, rude, unprofessional and hateful her staff can be. I have had to ask them to not let one of the nurses anywhere near my care team or medical info. She uses a nickname and without knowing her full name, you can't file a complaint with the Profesional regulatory agency for r nurses. However, this evil woman deserves to have her license revoked.
