I've been looking for a toy store with toys appropriate for toddlers and small children, and Kazoo Toys is perfect! They also had some neat activities that are appropriate for older children and early adolescents, so we were able to find stuff for all the kids in our family. I dont follow prices much, but everything seemed pretty reasonable for the name brand and high-quality items they stick their store with. They also have gift wrapping service which saved us some trouble and really added value to our visit. The staff are super nice and helpful too. read more

Kazoo Toys is the absolute best. I was looking for a toy that my wife wanted to get for our little 1yo. Well it turned out that the toy was discontinued.  After much Googling and reaching out to shops, I came across their website and they had one left. This little toy store is filled with all kinds of cute toys and a ton of happiness!! My youngest son had never been to a toy store before and Kazoo's was such a great first experience for him! The staff are doing a great job help their customers and keeping everybody COVID safe. They have all the customers wait outside prior to entering you get a brief overview of the store, covid guidelines for shopping and access to hand sanitizer! Although the shop is on the smaller side they have so many great toys and a knowledgeable staff who is dedicated to giving each of their customers a great shopping experience. read more

What a cool toy shop! Parking - there's a ton of parking but Kazoo is a part of a strip + other shops. During my last minute Xmas shopping for my bf's nephew, it took us awhile to find parking. Avoid during peak times. :) Kazoo is smaller than other toy shops-- but I like it. I feel like they bring out the toys that matter and are much more... reasonable to buy a baby/toddler. When I say reasonable: I mean like toys that are actually very educational, help with development, and something you can see a baby/toddler playing with versus feeling unsure if the toy you buy will be used or thrown away. Price wise- A tad pricier than a typical toy shop, but I really think Kazoo has better quality. Folks are very nice here & helpful. My bf and I were stuck between 4 toys (we only wanted to get 2) and the lady told us the pros/cons of each toy. What I got: a turtle that has chewy fins + plays music/lights up/vibrates upon button clicking (you can also turn it off by pushing the button again). My bf's SIL says her son (his nephew) loves it and has used it non stop since yesterday :D What bf got: a developmental rattler (it changes colors etc). Strong feeling the nephew will use this as he gets older (he's only 4 months). Overall, the 2 toys we got, I don't think I'd see those at a normal toy shop. read more

Wonderful toy shop in the buckhead area. The toys are very thoughtful for the different age groups. My nephews are all different ages, and I was able to find gifts all for them here. Also, the customer is super helpful when I had questions about some of the different toys. As an adult, I thought a lot of the toys were super cool! This is a family friendly store that helps you find the right toy for you child. The folks are out going and your kids get "sample" some of the toys they have in stock. I had my daughters birthday registry with Kazoo. This experience was absolutely amazing. This year we didn't throw a party for my daughter, instead I send out a birthday registry to friends and family. All my relatives mention how friendly and helpful Kazoo family was. This is exactly what I want when I am going into a toy store! The staff are friendly, they have a wide breadth of toys for every age and most importantly they aren't all plastic. Yeah, I admit, I'm that weird mom who doesn't wanna buy her kid a ton of plastic toys. Part of it is that they are ugly and I don't wanna look at them all day and the other is that all that plastic is horrible for the environment and while I do buy her some plastic toys, I try to really limit it for there two reasons. Ok now, enough about my weird preference and onto my experience. Went in on a Saturday and was promptly greeted. Had a chance to look around a bit and the gal who greeted us came back around to ask if we had any questions. By now we had decided that we needed help narrowing down our choices as they had too many cool things. So we asked her to help us and boy did she ever. She was very knowledgeable about the age groups they toys were appropriate for, what the toys were made of, if there was a better option for what we were looking for and most importantly, she didn't push us! She interacted with us and our daughter respectfully and helped us pick out great toys our daughter loves. Overall we had a great experience and if you're looking for fun toys for your little ones or friends and don't enjoy toys r us or Elmo then this is a great shop. read more

This is a great store with a variety of toys for babies up to, I'd say 12 or so - maybe into the early teens depending on the child's interest. The displays are well-organized and kid-friendly, and they have a number of toys out for the kids to play with. The staff are friendly, and happy to help you find something or just let you browse. There are no video games here, but there are plenty of toys that encourage your child to use his or her imagination. You'll notice some familiar pieces, such as Legos, and some toys you probably don't see anywhere else. Girls and boys alike will love the offerings Kazoo has. Prices range from $.50 to $70 and more, so there are plenty of options. Not only do I encourage you to consider this store the next time you need a birthday or other gift, but also for any type of goody bag items. My friend told me that I had to see this place and she was right! The selection of toys is unlike anything I've seen at any other toy store. There are interesting fun toys, learning toys, imagination stuff...everything you could want. It's the best place to pick out a unique gift for your child or any child on your list! I picked up a few toys for my son's 5th birthday...and ones that were NOT on his birthday list. But every single one he has loved and spent a lot of time playing with and learning from! Absolutely love, love, love this store! We were out and about with some time to use up and found this lovely store. Such awesome and unique items for all children of various ages. All items are high quality in my opinion. Staff was extremely friendly; a very pleasant atmosphere. They also provide kids hands on experience with featured items being displayed. It harkens back to a previous era of customer service with knowledgeable staff - and with toys that are educational-and-entertaining - that is missing in the city. The sales girl inside luckily had a toddler at home, and was able to point me in the right direction! I love, love, LOVE this store. What a breath of fresh air! In a world of kid toys filled with cheap plastic and uninspired design, Kazoo has somehow managed to find the most fun, unique, and quality toys I have ever seen. The products are all so neat and in most cases truly educational. Best of all, Whitney & Joe (the owners, who are always there and welcome you with a smile) are a wealth of information and can help guide you to developmentally appropriate toys for whatever age child you are shopping for. They have a great range of prices, with most of their stuff being under $30 - I don't know why Yelp gives them $$. It seems like we have a birthday party every weekend these days, so I am always running by to grab something at the last minute. I usually don't like to pay more than $15-20 for these and there are a million options in that price point. Plus, if I am running behind, I can call in and tell them the age & gender of the child and they can make suggestions over the phone and have the gift wrapped and waiting for me when I get there. I recently discovered that they ship, so I have started using them for out-of-state family gifts as well. I love that the gift wrap is included for free. They have really fun events throughout the year as well (like Santa's reindeer - REAL reindeer - at Christmas time). If you have been looking for something more unique and higher quality than the junk they sell at TRU, this is it. This is a really cute toy store in the same parking lot as Panera. There are a few other specialty stores surrounding it including a children's clothing boutique so Kazoo fits in nicely. The staff were friendly but not overbearing. They allowed me to explore their store without constantly asking if I need help, but were easily available if I had questions. This store has a lot of wooden and educational toys, as well as vintage style toys (kaleidoscope, parachute men, marbles). I will be returning soon :) read more
