No high-pressure sales tactics - Joe was very honest with us. If he didn't know the answer to a question he'd say so instead of trying to BS. An issue with one of the tires on the vehicle was discovered and the mechanic team promptly took care of it by replacing the tire and they also included a full size spare which had been missing from the used vehicle. We felt we were treated very well and we are extremely happy with our purchase.
