Brian and his team are really nice guys. The did our whole home interior and ceilings. Brian allowed me to change to scope of work to include the ceilings after they had already started which was a huge help. His team was timely for the most part and communicated with us well. Unfortunately some of our blinds were damaged during the process but Brian came out personally right away, checked them out and offered to make it right by replacing them. We are still in that process now and once it's complete I will likely move my review to 5 stars. Sure it would have been better if it hadn't happened but Brian has acted with integrity about it from start to finish. I would still recommend them to my friends and family. read more

If there was an options for zero stars, thats what this company would get from me. I made an appointment with Brian P. on October 19th for a tear out and painting of two closets. My appointment was today November 3 at 7 am. Nobody showed, nobody called, so I called Mr. Pierce at 7:45 and told him I had to leave my house at noon for another appointment and askedif the guys were in route. He told me someone would be there at 11:30. I told him that was not acceptable and he hung up on me. Brian showed up courteous , respectfull and on time I got a quote and proceeded to have him paint my new house . From day 1 he was on time at the time he said he would be there every day and always kept me in the loop of what was getting painted the next day . Over the last year we have refurbished an entire house, sold 3 houses, and built a brand new house. One problem I experienced multiple times was contractors that were total flakes. I did not have to worry at all about this with KBPP. I had them paint my entire interior of my brand new home. They showed up everytime they said they would and ON TIME. And the work was just amazing. The guys asked us to do a walk through to let them know of any fixes that needed to be done. We can't say enough wonderful things about Brian and his crew. We are renovating a home we just purchased and painting was the last item on the list. We were concerned as we had just refaced our cabinets in a cream color. They were meticulous in covering up the cabinets, the lights, the fans, the floor. We are so impressed with the attention to detail. We had them paint our casita which had a Murphy bed in it and we wondered how they would be able to paint the sides next to the wall. Looks like it was always this color. They showed up on time, they quoted a fair price, and were all so very nice to work with.
