I specifically asked Micaela if there were any red flags. She called out a couple very minor issues the seller fixed within a week. What she didn't mention were signs of structual damage, and also is well known about the house is the kitchen island wasn't centered. You can't tell from the photos but to a person everyone who has visited notices it immediately. Unfortunately this wasn't the only issue. There were twisted floor joists from stairs being installed producing a bubble in my floor. The first time I stepped into the house I tripped on it it's so big. I had flooring experts out and they told me there is no way new flooring could be installed without resolving the issue. $15,000 dollars later I have the issue resolved. She didn't represent me, didn't tell me about these obvious issues and was not helpful for referrals for repair, my questions about solar installs, Or really anything else. I'm going to actively steer people away from her when i see people using the Winston Salem Facebook group but also want to put the word out on Yelp

Do NOT rent this home. They know about it and they just cover it up with paint. Look at the outlet cover in the dining room. It's curled due to the moisture in the wall. I have pictures of what's under the kitchen floor that they knowingly covered up. They told the last tenant to run a dehumidifier 24/7 but that's not treating what's in the walls and under the house. Don't rent this house unless you want to knowingly live in mold. If they were a good landlord they would have treated this between tenants but they haven't all they care about is the $$ undoubtedly.
