Needless to say my husband is now traveling from Florida to New Jersey for his continuing care and treatment of his other knee and honestly wouldn't consider another surgeon or doctor going forward with his treatment. Full transparency- I'm siting in my car from the parking lot downstairs. Now heading for the suit 303, I called again to ask what's the process and was told again, 'we will be with you shortly,' ....okay, no problem. I made it to the door no less than 2 mins after. I sat outside patiently waiting, people coming and going .... Still nothing. After waiting for 20 minutes, I walked up to the door and called the number again, asking for status. I was then told I would need to reschedule! Wait, what, why would I need to reschedule if I made it to the Appt on time and waited as I was told? After a brief back and forth with the woman on the phone, someone comes outside with the attempt to scold me about not following instructions. What instructions, none was provided, to begin with! Needless to say, I didn't continue with the appointment because I was treated poorly from the start. This was a complete waste of my time. I'm sure they have good doctors, but your office staff represent the Happy Feet practice and should be less petty and more professional when asked to clarify the check-in progress.

I made a same day appointment because I have severe pain in my heel…read more They x-rayed my foot & found heel spurs, and after a thorough exam she diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. I told her I didn't want a cortisone shot in the heel so she gave me medication, but told me to come back in a couple of weeks if it didn't help. She also gave me stretching exercises to help it. I felt heard and I really liked her level of care & concern. Ask for Dr. Poojah Shah, she's great.

Stay away from this practice at all costs, they can't even schedule properly.
