To clarify, the area is discoloration mentioned in Jesus's comment was from a side panel of the back seat which I acknowledged after the service that it was already there. The area of concern is separate from the damage shown in the photos and not what I am referring to in my complaint. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability. After Jesus left, I reached out to express my frustration. We exchanged a few messages, and then communication stopped entirely. I received no follow-up, no resolution, and no effort to address the issue. Being ignored after raising a legitimate concern only added to the disappointment. I drive my vehicle daily and am very familiar with its condition. Even my husband, who frequently drives my car, confirmed that the discoloration and roughness on the gear shifter were not present prior to the detailing. His vehicle is nearly 10 years older than mine, yet his gear shifter shows far less wear. It is unreasonable to suggest that this level of damage was already there. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism is demonstrated through honesty, accountability, and willingness to make things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I would caution others and recommend asking detailed questions and documenting your vehicle's condition before service. I hope this company takes feedback seriously and improves transparency, communication, and accountability moving forward.

I mentioned the oil spill multiple times. They said they would be able to help me out and put extra attention in that area. I also mentioned that the back upholstery might need to come off to clean the part where the seats fold and that there are wires. I asked to confirm if they are comfortable with that. Replied to me with "I'm sure we can take care of it even with wires". The owner told me in person they tried to get between the seats as much as possible (didn't bother with the back upholstery of the seat). After the seat dried, my sister went on a drive with me. Her jeans had some of the oil stain transferred. I checked with a tissue paper and none of it came off. It's still greasy and smelly. Left him a message and asked if he can take a look at it again with his team, but left me on read. Edit: Of course, owner provided a reason for leaving me on read and declines second inspection. Misunderstanding could have been remediated with a quick follow up letting me know he is discussing logistics with his team and needs some time to respond. Edit: For anyone considering this business, please be aware that their Terms and Conditions include a clause requiring you to agree not to leave negative reviews if unsatisfied. This type of clause is illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b) and is void and unenforceable. I typically get the "ultimate" which used to be like $35 and now it's $60. It gets run through the wash and they wipe it all down and then vacuum and wipe everything on the inside. It's always good enough work but sometimes I do leave extra happy with it. Went today around 1pm and I would not go when they're so busy again! I typically go during a week/work day and it's not busy. I was there for an hour and a half today. But there were a lot of cars so I knew there would be a wait when I chose to still go in. The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside.
