It's gotten more expensive and it's hit and miss on the work done. Typically more of a hit which is why I do recommend this place. I typically get the "ultimate" which used to be like $35 and now it's $60. It gets run through the wash and they wipe it all down and then vacuum and wipe everything on the inside. It's always good enough work but sometimes I do leave extra happy with it. Went today around 1pm and I would not go when they're so busy again! I typically go during a week/work day and it's not busy. I was there for an hour and a half today. But there were a lot of cars so I knew there would be a wait when I chose to still go in. The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside. Decided to give this place a try since my fav place in La Habra closed. I asked for reg wash but wanted my interior wiped down, he said $46. Excuse me what?! I opted for just the wash and vacuum, I believe it was $26. I drive home and wiped the interior down myself, took my 5 minutes and saved myself $20! Pricing is OUTRAGEOUS but they did do a fairly good job. I hate that I had water stains on my front doors because they didn't get all the water out from the side mirrors. I called Fullerton car wash after an emergency with my pet in the backseat that left blood everywhere. AT provided a quick verbal quote and confirmed to evaluate once he saw my car in person. 20 minutes later he took my car in and got the backseat shampooed for me. Car looks brand new again! I took my car in to get the mini auto detail special for $170. Zack was the person who took care of me. Very nice and welcoming took a look at my cars condition before leaving it with him and then paid before leaving. They have a separate cashier office. There is plenty of places to sit couches inside and sitting outside. I opted to drop off and pick up later. Zack called when it was ready and it took about 3 hours. I don't have the before pictures but I haven't had a full detail on my car since I got it 2 years ago. So, it was definitely needed. Horrible service and very disappointing experience. An employee crashed my truck into another vehicle, and I was not even informed about the accident. The other driver was the one who contacted me and told me what happened. What's even more frustrating is that the business does not want to take responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. You need to clearly communicate what you want and make sure you know what they're charging you. All I wanted was the oil change that came with the complementary wash and vacuum. But was instead also given a detail at 90 bucks. The work was great. The car looks amazing. Just not what I asked for or could afford. I saw the yellow paper they handed me (an estimate receipt) and under the estimate box it said $59.99. I bumped it up a star because the work here is unmatched. People are friendly. But communication lacked and I literally paid for it. So back to my original review... I came here twice blown away by their friendliness and price. I got an oil change with synthetic oil, they vacuumed my car, sent it through the wash, then they hand dried it all for $100. The third time, they charged me over $150 for regular oil and they won't wash the car. It appears you gotta talk to the right guy to get a certain price, I'm not sure. It's really unfortunate because that extra amount is a lot for my family so it was a punch in the gut being told it would cost that amount and like a fool I paid for it, not paying attention to how much they were charging me. When I asked why the amount was so much more, I got told I was actually getting a discount. 60 bucks by itself for the oil change and 90 for the vacuuming. Whaaaa? How is that right? Stopped in yesterday for my first time, on a whim. I forgot my key card (Tesla), so I just left my phone with the car so they could move it. No big deal. I figured if I can trust them with my car, I can trust them to leave my phone inside of it. My car went through the back process (hand wash and shampooed my rugs, I think), and then was pulled up to the front where the car is finished (judging from what I saw other cars process.) My car sat for a long time untouched, so I went to ask if it was done. The man told me yes. I went to open the door, and discovered my phone was missing. The same man looked all over and asked several people (including those on the video he had) if they had seen my phone. No one knew where it was. I eventually realized my Apple Watch would give me a feet by feet proximity and ping the phone, so I did that and was led right to the bay it had been worked on. Why someone would take the phone out of my car is a great question... I retrieved the phone and left, feeling uncomfortable about what had just happened. As I was driving I realized nothing was done in the interior, other than the mats were washed. My windows are so spotted I can barely see through them. After parking, I realized the exterior is still dirty and covered in spots as well. Terrible disappointment, and not worth what I spent. I like coming here for a detailed wash, dry and polish. Came here with a drink spill and they shampooed my carpets and upholstery making my car smell fresh again. Car was nice and shiny too along with my dash and everything. Too bad whatever stuff they put on the windows becomes cloudy and you have to constantly turn on the defroster to try to get rid of it. Went for inside detail and handwash. Near my tires was never even touched. They left my headrests, mats, and some attachments just thrown in the bed of my truck. They said the inside was still wet, but the mats got dirty bc they didn't fully clean the bed of the truck and there were leaves on them as well. So the mats and headrests were dirty. My inside display is very streaky and cloudy and my windshield has a new chip on it. They also rolled down the windows slightly so each window has a mark because it was still wet when they moved it. I've come before and been disappointed, thought I would try again because it is close by but will not be coming back. Took another look around and found a loose piece on my passenger door. I went to go get a car wash, brand new truck 2026. But I didn't know they included a side of scratches on their menu. I drove it out for a couple days so it was dusty and dirty. I wanted it washed to show off to some friends and family, which is why I took it here. Instead of a good wash I got dry water spots all over the car. Scratches on the side of my door And mirror. Now I know waterspots are inevitable but everywhere! Come on! I noticed some dried up water spots in the moment and they took care of it when I pointed it out, but I was in a hurry so I only took a quick look. When I get home I noticed all the scratches a total of 3 in different spots along the passenger side. When I called all they had to say was, "no we don't scratch cars wasn't us." Well I mean. I paid for a deluxe hand wash. They only washed half of the top of my car. Barely washed the bottom of my doors. I had to ask for them re clean the doors and they forgot my air freshener and I had to ask for that. The vacuum was below average there was still crumbs that I noticed once I got home. My sons air pods came up missing but at least they didn't steal his money he left in the car. I won't be back.. waste of $70 read more

I love this Fullerton Car Wash as the advertisement caught my eye as I was leaving St. Jude for a medical procedure. $5 dollar wash on Wednesday?! No way. True to their word, I got into the line for the express wash and I was able to pay $5 for their wash without any awkward difficulty or up sell! Their car wash tunnel, though dated, was still very thorough in cleaning as I had a great time just watching the machines go at it for my car. Towards the end, they had people to hand dry my car with a towel. Tipping is optional but I gave them a tip because of it being such a great deal. I flipped the car around and used their air compressors to dry off my car. All-in-all, I was in and out of the carwash place within 10 minutes (due to the long line on Wednesday for the express wash). My car was shiny as it made it way back to Huntington Beach. True to their advertisement and word, being a $5 express Wednesday wash, I give this place the highest rating -- 5 yelp stars. WOW! That have not been wowed in a very long time! I got my car detailed after a weeklong off-road adventure in Utah. Needless to say, my white car was covered in dried red clay mud and my black interior was covered in red Utah dust. First, the customer service I received was incredible. AT, the manager greeted me upon driving up and walked around the car to assess the dirt as well as taking a look under my hood. I've never had an establishment do such a thorough pre assessment. After we agreed on the detail service, he estimated it would take 2 hours to clean the car. Since I didn't have a ride home, he tried to find someone to drive me home and even offered his own car for me to drive home. That is crazy trust and excellent service! Of course, I opted to Uber home, but was humbled that AT would be so generous. 2 hours exactly, I received a call to let me know ow my car was ready. Upon delivery of my car, he and the technician who detailed my car walked around and inside the car to review if everything was to my liking. Aside from an excellent job, making my car look better than brand new, the fact that my car was reviewed with me in such detail was incredible. They even lifted my hood to show me that they wiped my engine and underhood down. They did such a wonderful job detailing my car. Usually, other car wash establishments just hand you your key and off you go. As a first time customer, I am so glad I drove a little further for this place rather than just settle for the nearest car wash on the corner. The biggest issue has been pricing--I've received different quotes from different employees, and it's been difficult to get a clear, consistent answer on what I should actually be paying. That kind of inconsistency makes things unnecessarily frustrating. I also had an interaction at checkout that felt dismissive when I was simply trying to get clarification, which didn't leave a great impression. I've given this place multiple chances because of my history with them, but due to the ongoing communication issues and overall experience, I've decided to go elsewhere. She never took it back because its been in the shop. Now its been like over a month. I had my car just simply cleaned, I think I paid 27. I had to take my car back and left to find out they still didn't clean it right. I did talk to Zac and he's nice however when I took my car back I asked for Zac, the guy said Zac is nobody.
