They gave me a great deal for both oil change and top of the line car wash package! Still pay a few dollars more than just my oil change at the other place I was going before. Car looks brand new again! I took my car in to get the mini auto detail special for $170. Zack was the person who took care of me. Very nice and welcoming took a look at my cars condition before leaving it with him and then paid before leaving. They have a separate cashier office. There is plenty of places to sit couches inside and sitting outside. I opted to drop off and pick up later. Zack called when it was ready and it took about 3 hours. I don't have the before pictures but I haven't had a full detail on my car since I got it 2 years ago. So, it was definitely needed. Highly recommend I love the results already am getting compliments from Friends and family. read more

This is a great Car Wash and I love coming here, but their prices have gotten so high that I can't afford to come very often anymore. They do an excellent job and are so pleasant and such hard-working people that I try to support them as often as I can. I went to go get a car wash, brand new truck 2026. But I didn't know they included a side of scratches on their menu. I drove it out for a couple days so it was dusty and dirty. I wanted it washed to show off to some friends and family, which is why I took it here. Instead of a good wash I got dry water spots all over the car. Scratches on the side of my door And mirror. Now I know waterspots are inevitable but everywhere! Come on! I noticed some dried up water spots in the moment and they took care of it when I pointed it out, but I was in a hurry so I only took a quick look. When I get home I noticed all the scratches a total of 3 in different spots along the passenger side. When I called all they had to say was, "no we don't scratch cars wasn't us." Well I mean. They wanted me to bring it back in, but risk more scratches hell no. Sorry but I wasted $50 for a low quality wash and a side of scratches. read more

Zack is a man of his word, he said the my would look like new. I had the mini detailing and oil change. I didn't recognize my own car. Walk right by it. Its a hit or miss, I won't go back. Spoke to Zac he is super nice. My daughter paid 200 to get her SUV detailed. They left it soaked and ended up smelling. She never took it back because its been in the shop. Now its been like over a month. I had my car just simply cleaned, I think I paid 27. I had to take my car back and left to find out they still didn't clean it right. I did talk to Zac and he's nice however when I took my car back I asked for Zac, the guy said Zac is nobody. Im like ok I just came through and my car is dirty still. At first he wasnt gonna do anything but then they looked to see who handled my car and then did a basic wipe down. It looked like they cleaned it but when I drove off into the light, it still was dirty. Anyway. I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Hope you all have a better experience read more

The last thing you want after paying $50 for a hand wash is to come home and have to clean your car all over again. They completely missed the back of my car, and the seats and side panels were neither vacuumed nor wiped down. Went for inside detail and handwash. Near my tires was never even touched. They left my headrests, mats, and some attachments just thrown in the bed of my truck. They said the inside was still wet, but the mats got dirty bc they didn't fully clean the bed of the truck and there were leaves on them as well. So the mats and headrests were dirty. My inside display is very streaky and cloudy and my windshield has a new chip on it. They also rolled down the windows slightly so each window has a mark because it was still wet when they moved it. I've come before and been disappointed, thought I would try again because it is close by but will not be coming back. Took another look around and found a loose piece on my passenger door. It doesn't lock back into place, and a piece of tape was added. read more

Not a fan of being overcharged and not being told about it. When I asked the cashier why I was being charged more than the price (supposed to be 27.99) I was told that I had a bigger car... I don't have a bigger car. Even though my car is a hatchback it's actually smaller than sedans. I was then told I needed to go talk to the guy out front... Not worth the hassle. I just will never be coming back here again unfortunately. I wish they would've done a great job because I would easily have gotten a membership here. Additionally, there was a lot of streaks on the windows, my car was not probably clean, and the trunk wasn't even vacuumed. I like coming here for a detailed wash, dry and polish. Came here with a drink spill and they shampooed my carpets and upholstery making my car smell fresh again. Car was nice and shiny too along with my dash and everything. Too bad whatever stuff they put on the windows becomes cloudy and you have to constantly turn on the defroster to try to get rid of it. I come here at least 4 times a month and have a monthly pass which is a great deal! They are always friendly here and I've never had any issues coming here. For the price I pay monthly I think it's definitely worth it to come and get the monthly pass for the why you get! I've been coming here for several years, and I want to start by saying the staff does work hard and the actual cleaning quality has generally been solid. My car has usually come out looking great, and I've appreciated the effort the team puts in. Unfortunately, over time I've noticed a decline in the overall customer experience. The biggest issue has been pricing--I've received different quotes from different employees, and it's been difficult to get a clear, consistent answer on what I should actually be paying. That kind of inconsistency makes things unnecessarily frustrating. I also had an interaction at checkout that felt dismissive when I was simply trying to get clarification, which didn't leave a great impression. I've given this place multiple chances because of my history with them, but due to the ongoing communication issues and overall experience, I've decided to go elsewhere. I paid for a deluxe hand wash. They only washed half of the top of my car. Barely washed the bottom of my doors. I had to ask for them re clean the doors and they forgot my air freshener and I had to ask for that. The vacuum was below average there was still crumbs that I noticed once I got home. Never judge an establishment due to their outward appearances, as well as their seemingly "too good to be true" advertisement. I love this Fullerton Car Wash as the advertisement caught my eye as I was leaving St. Jude for a medical procedure. $5 dollar wash on Wednesday?! No way. True to their word, I got into the line for the express wash and I was able to pay $5 for their wash without any awkward difficulty or up sell! Their car wash tunnel, though dated, was still very thorough in cleaning as I had a great time just watching the machines go at it for my car. Towards the end, they had people to hand dry my car with a towel. Tipping is optional but I gave them a tip because of it being such a great deal. I flipped the car around and used their air compressors to dry off my car. All-in-all, I was in and out of the carwash place within 10 minutes (due to the long line on Wednesday for the express wash). My car was shiny as it made it way back to Huntington Beach. True to their advertisement and word, being a $5 express Wednesday wash, I give this place the highest rating -- 5 yelp stars. WOW! That have not been wowed in a very long time! I got my car detailed after a weeklong off-road adventure in Utah. Needless to say, my white car was covered in dried red clay mud and my black interior was covered in red Utah dust. First, the customer service I received was incredible. AT, the manager greeted me upon driving up and walked around the car to assess the dirt as well as taking a look under my hood. I've never had an establishment do such a thorough pre assessment. After we agreed on the detail service, he estimated it would take 2 hours to clean the car. Since I didn't have a ride home, he tried to find someone to drive me home and even offered his own car for me to drive home. That is crazy trust and excellent service! Of course, I opted to Uber home, but was humbled that AT would be so generous. 2 hours exactly, I received a call to let me know ow my car was ready. Upon delivery of my car, he and the technician who detailed my car walked around and inside the car to review if everything was to my liking. Aside from an excellent job, making my car look better than brand new, the fact that my car was reviewed with me in such detail was incredible. They even lifted my hood to show me that they wiped my engine and underhood down. They did such a wonderful job detailing my car. Usually, other car wash establishments just hand you your key and off you go. As a first time customer, I am so glad I drove a little further for this place rather than just settle for the nearest car wash on the corner. I paid for an ultimate Wash and explained that I really wanted the interior of my truck to be detailed and everything to be wiped down and My Center, Dash still has dust all over it and my seats were not wiped down. I should have asked, but i had no idea handwashed and machine washed cars end up finished at different places. at 10:30am i went into the front office and asked where my car was. the lady told me to go wait by my car after we had found it so she can locate my keys. stood there for a few minutes, no one was making their way to me. around 10:45 i went back in again and asked for my keys and wanted to leave. had the manager walk me over to my car and someone eventually brought my keys. i get its busy but come on man. and wouldnt have been as upset as i was if the trunk was cleaned. it wasn't even touched. $45 for a hand-wash and all of this compounded. they did a great job otherwise, just unfortunate how it all played out. won't return. read more

Broke my dash camera and blamed the camera for being to heavy. When I demanded they pay for a new car they were rude. Laughed at me and told me the manner wasn't serious enough to call their boss. I am a female Lyft driver and I use the camera for my safety. All the men were laughing, down playing the seriousness and spent time trying to fix it without telling what occurred. They want me to fill out a form and leave. Saying there is nothing they can do. I kept stating that if I accidentally broke something in their store I'd be required to pay for it, they agreed to this. Yet, I'm unreasonable for expecting them to obey by the same policy.
