Ford put a smear of concrete on the wall, didn't seal the crack he was contracted to repair, and then left it to reopen shortly after. He "promised" (liar) to return and make the necessary repairs to correct the cracks properly, make arrangements to return and then ghosted us after several weeks off trying to reach him.
