They were able to quickly come out and measure the rooms and worked with my hectic schedule to do it in a day/time that was very convenient for me. Once measured and carpet was picked out, they did have a few week waiting period for install, but that was fine as we weren't on any kind of deadline. The installers came around 830 on the day and we're done around 1pm. They carpeted our living room and 3 bedrooms. Some rooms required more carpet that the length of a roll and the seams are invisible. We have postponed having them re- bind due to their high pick up and delivery prices. We are 80+ and unable to get rugs up and back under 2 large desks ourselves. Apparently, the box of extra flooring they left us was damaged and they couldn't replace it so we asked how much to replace, and we found out that flooring has been discontinued and no other flooring would fit with the existing floor. They could only find 3 different colors of that brand, and this is what we are left with. One side of this dark floor is higher than the rest of the floor and we have already tripped on it. When I called Chris (the salesperson) back after he told my husband he could no longer help us, he was very condescending. Chris was supposed to bring by some samples for us to look at after quoting us a price of $1200 to get the kitchen floor replaced, and yet again he didn't bother to do that. I would not recommend this place. Go to someone who stands behind their work.

Scott put in new hardwoods on the main level of our house which included the entryway, formal dining, living room, dining room, kitchen and back entry. He obviously knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable about hardwoods. Scott takes pride in making sure everything is done correctly and to the standards of the customer.
