The only problem is that they are hard to get in touch with. It took me a few tries because I kept getting a busy signal. I ended up scheduling and paying for the spay vouchers through the Spay Today organization instead of this clinic directly. But the cleanliness and great staff made it worth the hassle. They then lied saying he was "sound" when he left their property, which I found out later by happenstance through video sent of him to me he was not so much so that he couldn't even attend his foal inspections. Fast forwards 6 months and he's still lame. Many expensive diagnosis later reveal severe arthritis to the same joint he initially hurt while at their farm. Most breeders would have offered a refund or at the very least a partial or perhaps another foal. Unfortunately they were unwilling to help me whatsoever and so I now have a crippled foal that is in chronic pain who likely has to be put down and I have lost all of my savings and my hopes and dreams have been completely shattered.

He had to get X-rays and blood work and all kinds of things for the current situation. I feel like they get a bad rap because it's awful to have to go to an urgent care with your vet because the way is always long and it's always much more expensive than the vet. It's just like going to urgent care instead of your doctor. People get mad about the weight but they are doing the best they can with dozens of walk-ins with all kinds of different situations. People get frustrated because nobody thinks that they're going to have to spend the day at an urgent care for their animal. People don't like paying more but that's life. I feel like these negative reviews don't consider that without these people, you would have nowhere to take your sick or injure dog in the middle of the night or on a Sunday in an emergency. The staff is lovely and the doctors are great. It sucks to have to wait so long but that's the nature of the business. All Things Considered they're dealing with stressed out people with sick and injured animals all day long and everybody wants help right now. You just have to wait your turn. Every time I've been here I've gotten superb care for my animals. I had a very sick cat that I had to take in at 9:00 at night on a Tuesday night to be put to sleep and they were so kind and sympathetic. They let me spend time in a room with my animal before and after even though they had 50 people waiting to be seen. I think they are lovely people that work here and I highly recommend this place for your animal emergencies.
