I didn't even know enough to know this was a solvable problem, but he made the third-party glass company take the segments back and replace them with segments that fit even more perfectly and beautifully. There we a couple of other instance and there was never accountability squirm.... Honestly that's unlike 95% of contractors. ADVICE - If the lighting wasn't going to work or look nice, he told you. If the switches we're in the wrong place in the blueprint, he told you. If a door or opening would have been better served with a pocket door instead of a swinging door, like into a bedroom closet, he told you. He told you nicely, politely, never insinuating that I did not know what I was doing or that the architect was bad or wrong. He'd just politely and slowly walk me through a few different scenarios and the real life placement of things and was 100% right in all of his corrective suggestions. The one time I did not listen to him and thought I knew better, after a few months I realized I was completely wrong. MAIN SUBS - Whenever his subs were scheduled to show up, they did, on time, always clean-cut and professional, smiling, and happy. They cleaned up EVERY DAY. Other previous contractors thought nothing of leaving trash on the floor or even dangerous nails when I had small children in the house. I think he is one of, if not, the BEST IN THE BUSINESS and I plan on doing more with him in the future.

The…read moresalesman, John, was professional and personable..very detailed with the contract and showing us shingle samples. From there it was the start of very POOR Communication ...even getting a start date for the project. I had to make a couple calls to finally get a date. The crew that did the physical work did a great job cleaning up daily around our property. How our roof looks...from what we can see, it looks good. However, in the contract it states we'd get warranties (we had 2 types of roofing material in different areas) and they stated getting pictures of the finished project. That is yet to happen. Kenn, the Project Manager never calls us....I've made 5 calls to him with him stating he'd call me back and it NEVER happens. He has promised to look into us getting the warranties and said the pictures will be sent. We have neither and the project started the 25th of Feb. and completed the 10th of March. I wish I could recommend them because of the 'crew', but it's just been too frustrating, and they still have neglected to fulfill the warranties. **UPDATE - I have now received the warranties - we had 2 different roofing products for different areas of our roof along with a gracious letter thanking us for our business. (3-31-26) As I have mentioned initially, the crew did a great job with the install....any client would be pleased with the outcome. I'm still waiting for the pictures.

This company should do the right thing and advertise that they shouldn't be used with an insurance company. Instead, I was told that they will work with insurance companies. I was also told that they would speak to the insurance company about the cabinets. This was not done at all. I paid this group the full amount of $40,000 and they thank me by doing everything in their power to not help at all.

Upon having our master shower remediated for mold through our home insurance policy, we were on the hunt for a company that could reconstruct the shower. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction! Throughout the whole process, Kimberly and Rudy, the project manager, were incredibly thorough, communicative, and overall, just really helpful. We could not be more grateful for the time and effort both Kimberly and Rudy spent trying to make our shower dreams come true. I would also love to give a shout out to all of the guys who helped load and unload HUGE porcelain slabs -- that is no easy feat!
