He needs to be patient with people. He literally yelled at my driver for no reason he was telling him not waste his time screaming. Driver barely speaks English and this guy Mike from MTS just not helpful at all. We wanted to get our truck fixed and my driver was ONLY trying to explain what was going on with his truck. I offered to go match up the axle at a near parts warehouse, they insisted to go. They service writer came back states they found an exact match. Well you can see in the pictures provided they are not an exact match. The owner Steve had been very passive and told me to talk to service manager. I called them and still no response. The torsion axle preloaded and rubbed the wheel against the trailer and has caused damage to my trailer. I highly don't recommend them as they seem to just ignore you once they do a crap repair with the wrong parts. They will be heald liable for the damage to my trailer, wear to tire due to rubbing.
