Just wanted to let everyone know that I recently purchased a new vehicle through Matt Ford and was really the best experience ever. The 2016 Ford Escape that I wanted was 2,000 less here than at someother nearby dealerships (Wont name any names) ( not the exact same- just had the same options. 2016 Ford Escape SE 4 Wheel drive) The Sales gentleman that helped me was Tom Murray and he was really able to help me stay within the range I wanted. They even offered me an extra $500 on my vehicle trade in- more than what I was offered at the other dealerships! They are really wanting to move some vehicles before the end of the year (as most dealerships do this time of year) and they were ready to do whatever it took to make the price that I wanted and make sure I was taken care of overall- First time buying a car on my own without the help from my parents! read more

I had been looking for a month or so at all makes and models and decided to look at Ford because of the current special financing offered then picked Matt Ford after several recommendations from friends. So glad I did!! I went to look at specific vehicles and my salesman Jeremy showed me one I had not been considering at all. Due to his help, suggestions and a little push (ha ha) in the right direction I ended up with the perfect car and saved money! Great Service, I bought a 2005 Ford Excursion used, and it only came with one key. I called around different dealerships in the area, and ended up driving out to Matt Ford, as they had the best prices for all the services I needed (adding the key to the car, deleting the button codes in the computer, and adding new codes to it) as well as for the part(new key) of any of them. They did a fantastic job on this, I had only brought it in to get the codes for the door, and a new key added, but they went above and beyond and came out and asked me if I wanted the old codes deleted. They have earned my business, and I will be taking my service needs to them, without any hesitation! read more

I can't imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else. They are always courteous, friendly and always take care of my vehicle and I. I never feel pressured in anything they are doing for me. They are always fast and accurate with the work they do. And it's great that they are a family owned and operated business. When I first came to this site to write this review it only showed 2 very bad reviews mainly directed at the service dept. and both were very old. I came in for some recall work. I bought the care there originally, and had had a positive experience then. The service reps were courteous and helpful, and even let me use a one-day loaner so I would not have to rent. When I stopped back by my home, there was a postcard telling me to contact my dealer for some reprogramming. I called them and they were able to get that done in the same trip. read more
