I never received that call about the price, so I called again today 3/3/25 at 9am, Layla returned my call this evening at 3pm & said "I'm sorry but we don't work on cars that old" (1983 Buick Electra) I asked was Ali the owner she responded yes, well he's the one I spoke to off Facebook messenger pertaining my vehicle & he recommended this shop as I previously told him about my water pump & I gave him all my vehicle information November 30, 2024 & he told me to call make an appointment drop it off they were 2 weeks out & that he had 3 large jobs & he had to get his grand national running which is a 1980s model car as well. But all of a sudden they don't work on cars this old. I don't like wasting my time I could have been had my vehicle towed to another shop by now and the work probably completed already! This is not how you conduct business or run a shop, something seems off about this place not professional at all, & they had a perfect 5 star rating before my review from 10 people possibly family & friends majority I don't know but I'm not happy with their customer service nor the owners response! I should have taken it to Auto Werks right away and not wasted a week of pay for a rental car. This was my 2nd catalytic converter they had to replace and should have just started with them. Their bid of $3,300 was also cheaper than the other shop for $4,300.00. So if you get your catalytic converter stolen go to Auto Werks. The guys were very pleasant to deal with too. I'll be back.

After asking around for recommendations, I decided to give J&T a try. I've had nothing but great experiences since! I usually wait at the shop while my car is being serviced. My car is always serviced very quickly. I'm usually in and out in under 45 minutes. The shop is small but does offer Wifi and snacks. There's also a small TV in the lobby. The only downside to me is the location. Spring Hill is a bit of a drive for me, but I feel like it's worth it for a shop that I can trust.
