Thomas Quality Cleaning does not do that. Call Ziggy first, he is completely honest about what his process can do for you. We were in search of a rug for our living room. The third generation owner, Jerome, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We looked at a couple dozen rugs from Iran, Pakistan, India, China, and Afghanistan. We did this after Jerome explained how the rugs were made on the display loom. He was incredibly patient as we slowly eliminated rugs to a final two, and decided to buy both. We actually bought a small third at the very end. His selection is incredible. Color palette and sizes run the gamut. A few older carpets are available, and are priced accordingly. He carries mostly hand knotted and a few machine made. The prices were highly competitive and Jerome was excited to offer a good deal without being asked. We also brought in an antique hand loomed rug to see if he could repair a few fringed edges and clean it. He explained the repair process and showed us his impressive cleaning area, wringing machine, and drying rooms. His quote was a great deal and we hope to pick our rug up in a few weeks. You can tell by the number of large rugs in the back there for cleaning that he is reputable. We had a great experience. And, we highly recommend.

We paid them $420. What a rip off. The men came to clean our furniture and left with the furniture stained and dirtier than before they started. We believe they used old water or old protectant or something. They did not remove the stains and did not clean in between the cushions. They did not use a deodorizer that we could smell. They did a horrible job. We had to scrub our sofa and loveseat ourselves for fear they damaged our furniture, a waste of our Friday night, and I have photos and videos for proof. I called to file a complaint. They sent two men out to our house to redo the cleaning. This was a total inconvenience and a waste of our Saturday. I called again and requested to speak to a manager or supervisor to request a refund, or at the very least a partial refund. I was told "the manager/supervisor have to return your call within 24-48 hours". No one called. I am very displeased with their service, customer service overall and would not recommend them to anyone.
