Dawn would explain how things were done and then further explain the rationale behind it. The kind of learner I am, I need to understand the "why". If I had had her for my very first BLS class, I would have been more confident at the start of my career.

The instructors were awesome and always there before and after class to help. I could call them on a weekend and ask questions if I didn't understand when cramming for a test. I tried a accelerated course with another school in Sacramento and it was a horrible experience.
