Never had any problem any where he has ever been. He allows me to bathe, dry and brush him without any issues. Here is how his little feet looked upon pick up. I was told it was because he was fighting the groomer. Why would she not just have stopped? She said he was unhappy because he had matted fur that took her a long time to get through and it made him upset so he wasn't cooperative. He goes to the groomer every 2 weeks and WAS on their schedule every 2 weeks through the end of the year. He is bathed/dried/brushed/combed at home between grooming visits so I know for a fact that the story she is trying to tell about him being matted up is a lie. He was just there 2 weeks prior but there were no issues at that visit. I feel like she got in a rush and messed up as is trying to cover it up. His cut is uneven all over the place and the bath was mediocre. I don't know if this person is new and inexperienced but I don't care. My baby will NEVER go back there again. My dog has his own FB and Insta pages if I need to prove that he is not unkept and that he doesn't have matted hair as I'm sure that will be the excuse given in any reply. As of now they haven't apologized or even followed up after I complained and canceled all of his future appointments. Just blamed the dog and that was that. 2 weeks later: tried to take my baby to a groomer that he has been to before and he is now scared to go. The Dog Shop has literally traumatized him. They said the grooming that was done looked like a beginner did it. Uneven everywhere. Feet cut was too high on top of the damage. My poor baby that used to go without too much push back is scared to death. Doodle owners/pet owners. If you take your dog here do so at the dogs risk. It was clarified that his feet were burned from hot clippers.

One of the things I appreciate most about AHPS is how quick they are to respond, and that they sent communications to me at least three different ways--via their online pet portal, text, and email, so there was little chance of my missing a message from them. They took photos during each visit and kept me informed of the things they did and my cat's behavior. I would definitely say they are reliable and experienced.

I chose this breeder because they are local and had excellent reviews, so they seemed reputable. When I picked up my kittens, everything appeared normal, though the owner did seem a bit frazzled and did not have their paperwork, harnesses, or the second bag of food ready. As a small business owner myself, I understand that things can get hectic, but she assured me these items would be mailed within the week. I also understand that if there's a personal emergency, it can sometimes be hard to communicate that to clients when you're running things yourself, so I am trying to allow for a bit of grace in case there is something going on that I am unaware of. However, it has now been nearly two months and I still have not received the missing products or registration paperwork. I also have not received any response to my emails or text messages despite multiple attempts to follow up. I also noticed that their website domain name suddenly changed and they deleted their google reviews, which has added to my concern about the legitimacy of this business. While both are beautiful, one of the kittens ended up having coccidia which required immediate treatment - which leads me to believe they were never checked out by a vet prior to me picking them up. I also believe they were far too young at 6 and 9 weeks for me to bring them home, as the youngest had issues eating and I had to feed her with a syringe. The lack of communication and having a lot of unanswered questions is frustrating and disappointing after what initially seemed like a positive experience. At this point, I do not believe they are F1 bengals, as the owner claimed as no proof or paperwork was ever provided.
