Requested service through warranty company for Air Conditioning. Called three times (they have a vacation message on their phone) and no response. They informed warranty company they would get initial AC service 72 hours after call. In the heat. And of course then they will have to get the part! This company (if you call it a company when it seems to be one person) is so unresponsive that NO ONE SHOULD CONSIDER USING THEM. They also claim to service areas too far away from them and they do not work weekends or even call back. read more

On 9/28/22, I had a scheduled service from 12-4 with KDM Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC to install a new HVAC compressor. KDM was aware I would be at work but have someone waiting for their arrival. At 2:34 PM, I missed a call from KDM with a voicemail asking for me to call back, no other information. At 2:46, I returned the phone call to KDM and was told the repairman left because I did not answer my phone. I was never informed I had to answer a phone call from the repairman for service to be performed. He did not ring the doorbell or knock on my door. I asked for the repairmen to come back to my house. Brooke then said the repairman had a "personal emergency" and would not be able to come back that day. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day on 9/29/22 from 2-6 PM. Again, I had someone waiting at the house. At 3:42 PM, I received a call from Brooke at KDM saying the technician was about 45 minutes away and requesting payment for services. I said I would not pay for any services until the technician had arrived. She then became rude and stated "You need to pick up your phone" when the technician arrives or they will skip my service appointment and go to the next. I informed her I had someone waiting at the home during both service times and asked that the technician ring the doorbell or knock if I was unable to answer my phone. She then said it is a "long standing policy" of theirs that they will not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. I informed her if I missed her call, I would call her back as soon as possible but that someone was home waiting for the technician. Brooke at KDM called me again at 3:49 PM to say that she could tell I was not "happy with their services" and because I wouldn't pay their fee prior to them arriving to my home, they were refusing to install the scroll compressor and would not come out to my home. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and did not perform the service they promised. I hope this review will help others avoid making the mistake I did trying to use them for my HVAC repair. I had requested an HVAC repair due to the AC unit in my house not cooling. They were quick to respond with an appointment and the Technician showed up the next day. He spent 3 minutes in the house. Just took pictures of the coils under the unit both indoors and out and said before he would move forward until they were cleaned. This was not covered by the home warranty. I asked the cost and he stated $800. He said said that whoever previously had done the annual checkup did a shitty job and I should complain. I am completely happy with the other company. The other company came out that night and said the coils were not in need of a cleaning. He found a leak in the evaporator coils and asked me to verify that they would be covered under warranty. They are. I have requested from FAHW that KDM not be allowed to come back to my house no matter what, Do not use under any circumstances. read more

i had to wait 45 days before i got my a/c unit replace when i call them they always haven an excuse thats bad business i would not recommend anyone this company if ya'll see them come across you do not want them there are not about customer service i had to keep calling them same o thing they are terrible for business. read more
