She explained everything clearly and showed me how to scan the board to fill out my information. While I was completing the paperwork, another staff member was cleaning the lobby area which already looked spotless! They even had a screen with Candy Crush that kept my daughter entertained during the short wait. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail and kindness from the staff. I explained how to pronounce my name (it's not an easy one), and both employees made the effort to say it correctly afterward. That meant a lot to me. The technician also reminded me to put my ID away after returning it which honestly helped because with my ADHD, I probably would've forgotten it there. They offered to let my daughter come back with me during the fingerprinting process, but she was comfortable sitting at the table in the back. The actual fingerprinting took less than 5 minutes, and Sara, the technician, was incredibly friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. The entire office was clean, organized, and welcoming. One employee even apologized for "the mess," but there truly was no mess at all! I was in and out within about 15 minutes total. I highly recommend Fingerprinting Express for any fingerprinting needs. They also offer notary, passport, and visa photo services, and I would absolutely return for those services in the future.

USPS is my go to, but they close early, ups also is known to close early, lo and behold, FedEx was open till 8pm and I made it in the last person before closing! The lowest shipping they had was 2 days for $16.. normally at usps, it's 5 days for $10-$12... so not bad with the price difference! Good customer service too very professional staff! If you're going to be responsible for teaching someone how to do the job, maybe knowing how to do the job yourself should be step one. She was rude, condescending, and somehow managed to sell me the WRONG product after I specifically explained what I needed and asked questions to make sure it was correct. So now I get the exciting bonus experience of making another trip to FedEx because of her mistake. Love that for me. The attitude was also WILD. Short answers, zero patience, and very much "that should work" energy. Spoiler alert: IT DID NOT WORK. But again, the plot twist here is that SHE WAS THE TRAINER. Somewhere out there is a brand-new employee taking notes like, "Ah yes, so this is how we do things." PLEASE PUT THE PEN DOWN. 10/10 would recommend training Lesly before allowing Lesly to train anyone else. Maybe start with basic customer service, product knowledge, and the revolutionary concept of making sure you're actually selling the customer what they asked for. He promptly responded and put me on schedule at my requested location on a Sunday morning at 8 am. This was perfect for our situation as my grandpa needed to sign as well and Sunday mornings are the one day we both see each other since we live in opposite sides of town. Michael communicated well and during the notary was both very professional and meticulous. He thoroughly reviewed the documents and even let us know that they had been prepared properly to later be recorded without issue. His final price was reasonable and close to the amount we had discussed. Overall I was very impressed with the experience, price and professionalism in which the notary process took place. As a 26 year old, I am often not taken seriously when it comes to handling these mature transactions but Michael never made me feel that way.... again just very professional and meticulous. I will definitely be using his services again should the need arise.
