When I walked in Kumar greeted me politely and I told him I was the tardy customer who called for the cardboard pick up the day before. He was very kind and went to check and see if there 11 in stock which there were. He had someone take them to the driveway to be loaded into the back of our truck where my husband was waiting to load. We were in and out in less than 5 min! One of the items that needed to be sent was about 100 years old (found that out from my family after I had shipped it) and it was packaged so well when it arrived with the other items. To give some clarity on its journey, I had 2 chairs, a 100-year-old tea set and some fragile wall oddly shaped art that all went on one pallet. The pallet according to the tracking was transferred about 6 times on other trucks to make it here so it was bumped around countless times in terminals being loaded and unloaded.
