Kelly pulled up to our school 15 minutes early and came inside to let us know he was here and ready to take the kids to their field trip. We chartered this company to transport two Girl Scout troops on a 7-8 hour trip, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we boarded, there was an unpleasant odor on the bus. By our first stop, the smell had become overwhelming. The bus was filled with the odor of urine and feces, even though no one from our group had used the onboard restroom. The smell became so bad that passengers could not comfortably sit in the back of the bus. In an effort to make the trip bearable, we purchased bleach and air freshener ourselves. Troop leaders repeatedly sprayed disinfectant and air freshener before the children boarded. We also asked the driver to have the restroom emptied and cleaned, and parents even provided locations where the restroom could be serviced. The issue persisted throughout much of the trip. What was most disappointing was the response from the owner when we raised our concerns. We were told that the company was "a bus service, not a cleaning service." Cleanliness and sanitation should be a basic expectation when transporting passengers--especially children. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend inspecting any bus thoroughly before departure. No group should have to endure hours of travel in those conditions. This version keeps the focus on documented facts, which tends to carry more weight with potential customers and is less likely to be challenged by the company.

The passengers even inquired if they could stop the bus and get another one. The bus was so poorly ventilated and for 4 hrs 56 of us suffered. The sweat could be seen running down the faces of the passengers, some come be seen trying to find any little crease to get any ounce of fresh air they could. At times it was difficult to breathe. At the end of the journey in hell, we had one ill passenger. I contacted the company who said that they would give us a 300.00 credit for future travel. We paid over $2, 450.00 for this trip. This was the company's way of reimbursing us. A slap in the face. We do not wish to travel with you again and would wish a refund. The company has ignored any emails or messages sent. We had to resort to a lawyer to assist us with this issue.

We used Fort Lauderdale Shuttles for round trip transportation to/from the hotel and the cruise port. We paid cash and were provide horrible service. Their fleet of vehicles are run down and poorly maintained. We reached out to the owner, Eyal Alan Karp, to try and resolve our issue but he was so cocky and did not care. He had our money and that's all that mattered to him. Check out the reviews for both companies and form your own opinion. But when you own two companies with one star reviews you should probably consider your business approach.

We left at 1200 and got right in the van which was crowded, but glad to get on. They have a little trailer for everyones luggage. The guy checking us in sold us a sticker for our way back after we disembarked the ship. $10 per person to bring us to another hotel. Probably a little cheaper than a cab at least that's what we were told and believed at the time. Either way it was convenient and quicker and more organized than I thought. Driver bringing us to the cruise terminals, patience of a saint. What a stressful job getting into that cruise port with a trailer, getting yelled at, trying to maneuver etc. Bless his heart. He drops everyone off at all the various cruise lines and terminals. We were the last one which was no biggie. Nice guy. The guy picking us up after we got off the ship was a bit of a grouch. He seemed to roll his eyes when he found out which hotel we were staying at. Drove like a crazy person and just seemed like a grump. He lightened up a bit when we gave him a small tip which now I kind of regret giving. Decent transportation service, but didn't care for the ride back.

When I saw the driver approach the locked bus marked 150, I simply asked "excuse me, but is this 150 bus active?" And all this woman said was "is that what he told you?" referencing my husband who was next to me, then proceeded to go into her bus and close the doors. A few minutes later the bus changed its designation to "Garage" picked up passengers from the 150 stop and took off. It takes zero effort to be polite and answer a question (do your job). I was gobsmacked.

I was on the bus thinking I'm leaving Miami Dade to go to Tri-Rail but I came back to where I was just picked up. I was trying to go take the bus and get off at the main downtown city. Luckily, there were nice passengers that noticed I was a lost tourist so they helped me out and said, 'yes you're on the correct bus, just stay on.' And they let me know which stop to get off of. I felt safe on the bus then with the helpful passengers around me. I suggest changing the map that's hanging on the bus. It was so confusing because I was looking for a Bus# and couldn't see any bus #'s on the actual train where the license plate is, nothing. I usually have no problem getting around and can follow a map, but the announcements weren't in sync with the Bus # I was trying to find and something was just completely off. Hopefully this gets fixed.
