My wedding was on 11/11 and booked the white Phantom as our getaway car from our wedding. Confirmed with them and had this grand sparkler exit planned with the car for them to never show up. We wait with our guests outside calling MULTIPLE times (over 30 to be exact). I (the bride) went up to my bridal suite and called and emailed from my phone as well as my wedding planner. An absolute disgrace and disaster. All of my guests were waiting outside with sparklers for over 20 minutes while we tried to figure out what was going on. I specifically paid to have my photographers and videographers later so they could be there for our grand exit. I almost lost my security deposit for my venue of $1,000 because we were ending past our time waiting for them to show up. The next morning, they immediately refunded the money and hours passed and sent a pathetic email saying they had the wrong day and blaming my planner even though as you can see in the photos, there is an email confirmation with the subject of the date of our wedding. What a terrible note to end our wedding day on. We were just going to Uber after everyone left but my dad just ended up taking us back to our hotel. If you want a getaway car for your wedding, obviously don't book Florian's. And if you do, have Uber on standby.
