Very professional and my clothes are ready the next day after five pm with only a few exceptions over the years. Love that they keep my credit card info on file and give me a purple bag to drop off my clothes so I don't have to swipe my card every time. Also, the drive through drop off window makes things very efficient as well. Customer service is above average - friendly and they always address me by name. Sometimes the collars on my shirts are a little off but maybe all cleaners wound do the same.
