As far as credit unions go, this one has been wonderful so far. Banking with them for a few years…read morenow after moving here from out of state. Was surprised there are only banks around. We have to drive from more rural to come here. But the bank we tried first in our town was very difficult to work with and wanted to charge money. My only complaint is I have had issues with the outside atm machines. particularly the digital screens do not always work properly. with no real buttons to press its up to the computer not glitching or getting overheated in summer. but they have complimentary coffee and cookies inside. there is a change machine for members to use cost free. They have numerous bank professionals to help with more complicated matters on any given day. staff is always helpful and professional.

They were clearly not prepared for the amount of people they had coming in, but they all handled it very well everyone was in a good mood and apologized for the long wait times.
