I found One Stop Trailer thru Yelp and so glad I did. It is an owner operated business and family run to boot. They got us in on a timely manner and were great at communicating. Much more personal than the other trailer companies in town. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond getting our trailer back to good working condition. They are also able to do DOT inspection on trailers. Highly recommend.

The trailer was advertised as clean & Undamaged on their website, but not the case when I arrived (huge dent in front V cross bar). Manager stated owner gets mad if he calls him. Finally, he stated he had to leave early (despite us needing to buy that day) & he actually started to lock the gate while we were looking at undamaged trailers. We hustled off the property to never return! Poor service all around! Oh they charge extra for using a credit card. No mention of that on the website.

I brought in one of my hubs from a travel trailer and had asked to have them put new races and…read morebearings and that i would like it turned since there was plenty of rust and pitting. I was told that the bearings and races are good and they would just repack the old bearings and put the new rear seal in. no problem. when I went to pick up the hub it was on the floor by entrance. I picked it up and found out it hadnt been turned and the grooves and rust was still there. I asked why the hub had not been cleaned up and the guy said he could call Bob if i wanted. I said no thanks and paid the $135.00 to have the rear seal put in and old bearings repacked. Im sure that no rocks or debris found its way into the greased bearings by the entrance of the door. Two days later I went to another trailer supply and service center nearby and found out that I could get a new hub with prepacked bearings and everything for $97 total. I asked about the surface where the magnet brake rides and was told that the old one needed to be cleaned up because of the rust, pitting and grooves. I actually went in to have it turned and just new bearings. I will be going back and replacing the $135 hub I just had packed with the new seal with another new hub with bearings cheaper than 5 minute pack and 4 minute seal install I had done 2 days earlier. $135.00 for a repack of old bearing and seal.

I was able to get over to their parking lot, but it was on a Sunday morning. They answered my calls and let me know when the parts store is opened. First thing in the morning. They would make phone calls and getting sorted. First thing in the morning. They were true to their word and within an hour they had parts on its way. They offered me power, so I could continue to work while the parts were coming and they completed the job faster than I ever thought possible. Pricing was fair, especially considering that it was an emergency last minute service request. Kyle, Seth, and Scott were professional, courteous, and understanding. Primarily a Polaris dealer, they're definitely oriented towards the farm and utility market, with a large showroom and large shop for repairs.
