They are quick ! They do a nice wash outside. But, the full price for inside and out was not worth it. I had to go home and clean it inside. I should of went back in and told the girl but i was home already by time i saw it. They have good equipment just need to take the time on it since i pay for more thsn the bn outside. read more

For the money, this is one of the best deals in the area(For the monthly unlimited). The guys do a great job drying the car off and doing a quick inside vacuum. However, I will say might want to reconsider when they are really busy. They form a 2 lane line and go around numbering the cars but it's never correct. Often times I'll wait forever and get to about the 3rd car away and them the whole line of cars 3 or 4 or 5 will move ahead of me. The same people who were behind me on the street when I entered. This is the reason for 3 stars, otherwise it would be a 5. My time is just as important as an to be else's. Not even sure why they do a number system if they aren't going to follow it. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !! DESTROYED MY WINDSHIELD AND BLAMED ME FOR IT! Ok so I went here on Thursday of last week with my very expensive SUV and got the most expensive car wash they offered thinking its going to be awesome! WRONG!! When my vehicle was finished the windshield was completely cracked !! The manager told me to fill out an incident report because the owner " Josh" was on vacation.. So they wanted me to drive around with a dangerously cracked windshield for several days .. Today 5 days later the owner Josh emails me and tells me they are not responsible at all for my windshield and its my fault because "apparently there was a chip in the windshield which I had never seen before but they had an excuse for everything... I will be taking them to court soon. Save your money and time and go somewhere else that actually cares about you and your vehicle...But by all means if you want crappy service, a cracked windshield and to be highly disappointed go to Kearny Auto Spa!! Here is the email the owner sent this is the description "Hello, We received your incident report and after review, we are not responsible for the damage. The damage to your windshield is the result of a stone chip. When there is a stone chip on your windshield it weakens it and makes it more susceptible to cracks. The cracks on your windshield clearly originated from the stone chip. We are not responsible for damage from stone chips and therefore do not take responsibility for your windshield. Thank you, Josh Office Manager" As you can see there is no courtesy whatsoever .... So I overpaid $30 for a carwash, which by the way my car was still dirty they didn't even clean my rims, carpet etc.. Got my oil change today which comes with a free car wash. Oil change migrate the guys were phenomenal but this review is not about the mechanics. I get up to the front of the line for a car wash when the guy precedes to tell me that the free car wash is now exterior only. Which was not displayed anywhere. if I wanted to get the interior vacuumed out or wipe down as well I would have to pay the difference in cost. When I asked him what the difference in cost was, while seeing on the board that basic interior exterior wash was $8.99, he proceeds to tell me that it's $9. Plus tax. so I looked at him and said hold on a second, so my free car wash is outside only but just to have the inside done is the full price of a car wash I would get even if I didn't just get my oil changed? It is my 4th time coming here because there's not many in the area and I went out of desperation. The vacuuming and wipe down of the car is not great still a lot of dust and particles that you'll have to wipe yourself . Even the outside of the car during drying doesn't get the best wipe down the area behind the handles I always have to teclean myself . For $30 lava . The car should be much cleaner. I used to go here all the time. Really good service and all the employees are very friendly and helpful. But I went to get an oil change and after a couple of days white smoke was coming from my engine and I went back. They checked out my engine said nothing was wrong and sent me on my way. Two more days pass and same problem. I end up going to my mechanic who informed me that they never changed the oil filter or used the wrong size "O" ring. There was oil (A LOT OF OIL) all Inside my engine. Ended up paying my mechanic $50.00 for the repair work. I called the auto spa and spoke to the manager of the oil change dept who told me he would reimburse me and give me a credit towards something. I got there after 5 and I introduced myself. The manager seemed to have a bit of an attitude and seemed hesitant to reimburse me. He then asked me for the receipt from my mechanic but since it wasn't an itemized bill he did not give me the $50.00 back from my mechanic. And there was never any credit given to me. It was almost like he was accusing me of lying or making up this story to get money. If he had asked me to get an itemized bill from my mechanic at the first conversation we had I would have produced one. It sucks....I will NEVER go back here again and I am sure one customer doesn't matter to this place. But I used to love coming here and now since this I will never come here again. My engine in my car could have been permanently ruined and they could have cared less. I will go someplace else to get my car washed. Please make sure you ask for genuine parts and make sure you watch what they are doing I am the best customer a business can have but also I will make sure people know if they are doing shitty business. read more

I don't know where to start. I live in Belleville, so I figure I make the trip across the bridge and try this place out on my way to work. They have a couple different options from basic all the way till the works. I get the works. This used to be my go-to spot for oil change and car wash, the car wash service has gone so far downhill in the last couple of years. I know my car could use a detailing (two three year olds and two dogs that travel regularly in it), so I'm not expecting that it is perfectly clean. Even after paying for the package #3, I know that only detailing will get it super clean. But reasonably clean with the loose debris vacuumed and the cupholders wiped of the puddles they left in them, is not too much to ask. At least I don't think it is. read more

Don't bother coming here, they're completely inconsistent. I've been coming here for the last three years or so and they've progressively gotten worse. The last time I came they didn't vacuum, do my tires, nor sprayed my rubber mats and I paid for the Silver Plus package in order to cover all of these additional points. When I asked why my mats weren't touched I was told it would be an additional $20 for this! Not to mention, the exterior was not cleaned correctly. I have gone here to get my car and minivan washed since they opened. Never had a major issue, until today. They never asked if I want the back of the minivan vacuumed, they just did it. I now have an suv and went to get it washed for the 1st time. I got package #3 as I usually get. My vehicle comes out and I see them drying it quickly as the place was packed. This is the 1st, and last, time I come here on a Saturday. I usually go during the week in the morning when I am not working. I decided to check the back to see if it was vacuumed and it wasn't. I told the guy that the back wasn't vacuumed and he called over a guy in a grey shirt. I told him I purchased package #3 and they didn't vacuum the back. He asked me if I told them to do it. I said I never had to tell them. He was snotty in his response and said, "You have to tell them." I repeated that I never had to tell them and he said, "Well, now you know." This pissed me off. To be an assistant manager and speak to someone like this is unacceptable. I said, "Well, now, I'm telling you," He moved my suv to the detail center and vacuumed the back himself. I left and when I got home, I got a rag to wipe away any excess water that is always left that comes out of the side view mirrors, etc. It always happens. It is impossible to dry every inch of a vehicle after a car wash. As I'm wiping the suv, I notice that the corners of all of the windows are still dirty. I clean them. I open my passenger door and notice that they didn't even take out the floor mats to vacuum. So I revacuum the front and back. I look at the seats, and they are not vacuumed. I vacuum them. I open the tailgate and even though this guy vacuumed, it still needs work. I vacuum it. I look at the tires and the tire shine they put on isn't on the whole tire. There are spots missed that apparently were on the bottom by the ground. So, off to Wal-Mart I went to get tire shine. What did I learn? Only go there during the week in the morning when it is not busy. DO NOT GO ON A SATURDAY. It's not that you will spend a long time there, but they will not do a good job at all on the wash. They try to get as many cars in and out so fast that they do not care about quality at all. Time to find a better car wash to go to on a Saturday as I don't work Saturday or Sunday anymore. read more

Been going to Kearny auto spa for a while now and they never did a terrific job but good enough. However, today was a horrible experience. I was in line for the wash & the employee took someone in the line next to me first so i said "i was here first" he replied with "everyone was here first". That is ABSOLUTELY no way to speak to a customer especially one that comes here often. Good car wash for a good value. 50% off on mondays for women, tuesdays for men, and wednesdays for seniors. You can also bring in your receipt for $2 off, but not with the 50% discount. The guys who dry off the car are pretty thorough. It would be nice if they vacumed the trunk, but I can live without that. Last time I noticed that they have free internet for customers too. I've used their oil change and car wash services. As far as time spent and how easy it is to just pull up and never getting out of your car during your oil change, it's worth the visit to come to Kearny Auto Spa. They also give you a free car wash with your oil change which you can either use same day or ask for a rain check. Car washes and how clean your car turns out varies. They could do a better job with the interior and be a little more diligent at washing the exterior especially when they see layers of salt and snow on the car. They offer unlimited monthly wash deals and have a drawing every month for a winner of free washes. There are too many which do a good job one time and then the next time thy miss half the car or only armoral half the tires . My car was embarrassingly filthy inside and out and the one gentleman spent at least 15-20 vacuuming and cleaning the inside under the detail center. I was very happy with the service and only paid $40 plus tip. Well worth it and I will return now. My brother had a monthly contract with this place wherein they were debiting his checking account monthly. He had cancer and was unable to use it for awhile. He passed away early July and I called and cancelled the contract. But his account had been debited prior to that but was unable to take his car for service due to his illness prior to passing away. I went today to get HIS car washed thinking he had paid for this service so i should be able to utilize it. I was basically told that his service ended at the end of July. I was told i could request a refund but still had to pay for the car wash i had done today. Basically, they took money from his account and though he was unable to use the service. I was still charged for todays' car wash. I dont feel i should have been since they already had at least 50.00 of his money for which he received NO service. So basically i paid today and he received nothing in return for the money they debited his account for. Worst customer service and to me borders on a scam. read more
