I left my name & number so the manager (Craig) could give us a call if he found it. About 15 minutes later, Craig called us that he found the missing pair. SLO Motion had me just try to run up and down their 20 foot aisle. They even argued with me when I said a couple of pairs didn't feel right. I'm definitely not coming back.

They had me in their system before and were able to get the same Inserts that I had purchased before. In case you're wondering, you need new insoles after the second shoe switch out. So it was time for me to get some new insoles. Be sure to follow them on Instagram as they are always having some fun run and raffles. I also like to volunteer my time for their runs and they usually have a end of the year party for the volunteers which is great. But my favorite part of their group runs is the coffee runs Saturday mornings during the winter time. Can't wait for the next one!

Her primary care physician recommended that she can use insults to help her with her feet discomfort. The sales representative Alek all assisted us and actually listened to my mom. As i walked into the store there were 4 gentleman standing at the cash register talking. One of the men COULD NOT speak a five word sentence without using the "F" word. By the time I reached the middle of the store he must of used the word 15-20 times. I stopped and looked at them, he just continued using the "F" word. One of the gentleman came back and asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he said that they didn't have what I wanted but that he could order it. I told him no thank you. Then I proceeded to tell him that I thought the person using the "F" word was totally out of line. He said that he wasn't an employee of the store he was the "Security Guard". He also said the manager lets him talk that way. I'm not a prude. I swear occasionally. This man must have used the "F" word 30 time's within 7-8 minutes. As I left the store I told him he was way out of line. The security firm that employs him need to get him in line. Also the store manager that lets him talk that way needs to be straightened out. Just imagine if young children were in there. Not that I matter, I won't be returning to the store and I will mention this incident to my friends.
