Took my new watch in to replace battery. When I went to pick it up the owner told me that she…read morewasn't able to put it back together because the top was glass. She requested I return back and she would have her husband put the watch together. She mentioned that the watch appeared to be scratched in a few places & pointed them out. After I left, I realized that the watch was brand new & I didn't recall those scratches furthermore if that would have been the case, they would have wrote down on the receipt they gave when I dropped it off, that the watch was damaged.. Today I went to pick up the watch & the top glass was broken. I told the owner that the watch was brand new & remember her stating it was scratch but that was not the case. She refuse to admit that she broke it. This was very disappointing. It was not an expensive watch and if it was an accident I would have understood and just live with a simple apology. As a result of her dishonesty, they lost a customer. I will never return & will not recommend anyone.
