Well, when I asked them to swap it out they said nope it's against their policy. They cannot guarantee the bird. I told them I understand, but after only a few hours??? After researching countless models and visiting the big-box stores, I finally chose one and ordered it online from a large warehouse club. I paid in full, scheduled delivery, and waited--only to have the installer arrive and immediately tell me he couldn't install it because my dishwasher was hardwired. Even though the wiring was right there, he refused, and then simply left. Trying to solve the problem, I called an electrician, only to learn that--because of the layout of my kitchen--a GFCI outlet under the sink wouldn't even be reachable. The dishwasher had to remain hardwired. No major store was willing to do that, so I had no choice but to return the dishwasher. I still needed one, but I was out of options. Then I found Driskell's--and that's where the angels truly are. Gail was my first angel. She didn't hesitate for a second: "Of course we can hardwire it. Most homes are." She then price-matched a competitor on an even better model--more features, better quality, and still affordable. When the first unit arrived with damage right out of the box and later failed, Natalie became my second angel. She took ownership of the situation immediately. Instead of making me battle the manufacturer, she handled everything herself and arranged a full replacement. She genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase, and her commitment went far beyond anything a chain store would ever offer. My replacement dishwasher is a gem--quiet, reliable, and beautifully installed. But the real treasure is discovering a local store that truly stands behind its customers. We arrived around 4:45pm and I almost got hit by a car when getting out of the car in the parking lot. The driver and passenger was so sweet and apologetic about It. Our helper was knowledgeable and made sure the dude was getting a good deal. They had a wide various options of edibles in many different forms. The dude definitely stocked up. The inside was clean and organized however they don't have a lot of things on display so you have to ask and make sure they do or don't have it or you could be missing out on your favorites This location is not as strict as the Visalia location as they treat couples separately. Here we were able to come in as a couple as one and also the Woodlake location does too! This statement does not apply to me in this situation right now. Personally, he was rude & inconsiderate. To recover a poor situation the least you could do would be discount the product to try to recover a crappy customer experience. I called a couple of other lawnmower repair places, but my calls went unanswered (I let the phone ring six times.) My rule of thumb is if you're too busy to take my call, you're too busy for me. California Turf answered my call and said the repair mowers. I stopped by the next morning. The gentleman reviewed my mower and quickly checked if had the appropriate part. Having found the part, he told me he would have to charge me labor to install the part or just pay him for the part and I could install it myself. It would save me $50 in labor. Not only did the gent save me money but he also helped me load my mower back onto my pickup. Good news: it took me less than 15 minutes to replace the part. Bad news: In 15 minutes I was back mowing my lawn. I can live with it.
