They are always cooked fresh and usually would have about a 7 minute cook time, which is fine; but the staff always get them on when I come in, so they are just about done by the time I go to order! The place is always spotlessly clean and they are always cleaning something. I try and visit them about once a week. The staff gratuitously gave us a water for her and she was happy about having pickles on her hot dog. We say down to our meal and to my dismay the fries were borderline stale. For a regular fast food place they would have been acceptable but I hold New York Fries to a higher standard so I was a bit disappointed. Being pretty much vegetarian I didn't try the hotdog (you'll have to ignore the gravy on the Poutine, some things are too good to be passed up :)) although my daughter seemed to like the hotdog but she decided to leave the bun.
