So the Burgers are pretty good, but let me throw this out there right away... It is not a cheap fast food joint. It's got a cool diner look to it an everything but for my wife and I to eat just a burger and a small order of wings, it came to $24. So not that great is a bargain. Don't get me wrong, it is not really expensive but for the atmosphere and food you get I do feel it is more expensive than most. Onto what we had to eat. My wife had a Mushroom Swiss burger and she said it was delicious but very messy. I had a small order of Coconut Jerk wings, which they say is their hottest wing flavour but unfortunately it wasn't that hot at all. It did how ever have a decent amount of flavour, wings were a bit soft for my liking, not much crunch. When I go back I will probably just stick with their burgers. A classic styler diner with a great staff and atmosphere. You walk in to a classic diner style restaurant and are greeted by the friendly staff. They take your order, shout it out to the cook(classic diner style) and give you a number for you to sit down. They have great burgers, my person favourite is the hawiaan burger. read more

I've been here a few more times since my initial review, so it's only fair that I update. I think that their food has improved since our first visit. I'm a fan of the cheese steak, very tasty. Their service is sometimes a little hit or miss. My MIL ordered a mushroom burger and it had mustard and all kinds of sauces on it. Kinda weird... Anyways, we'll come back here again. read more

I work in a restaurant during the day, so when I get home after 5, I'm often too tired to cook, so I use Skip the Dishes at least twice a week. Last week I decided to try out Fatburger, as I'd heard they had pretty good burgers. I opened up the foil wrapper and sunk my teeth into my loaded burger, all excited, and my burger was ICE COLD. My first reaction was to blame the delivery driver, but when I tried my fries, which weren't wrapped up, they were warm. I had lunch today at Fat Burger in Lethbridge and will not go there again because of the service. Ordered our meal and thought it was expensive and checked my bill and they had overcharged me by nearly $6.00. Went back to the till and they did return the overcharge to me. Our meal was finally served but not our beverage ( beer). Asked the girl where it was and she told me she could not serve it that someone else would. Omg yum, the guys burger place has nothing on fat burger. They even serve breakfast which we love having bacon eggs and hash browns without the Saturday morning wait at the breakfast places. Their burgers were a lot of "filler" The "amazing milkshakes" I heard about were a joke. I watched the server make my chocolate 8 dollar at the time shake. It was chocolate milk, chocolate ice cream and an oil based whipped topping. Not impressed with this franchise at all. read more
