Loud banging, not spinning the water out. My wife and I have been going to the Laundromat for the last month (calling it our date night)...but that add up. 1. I looked up a few businesses for estimate: Affordable In-House responded in minutes to my request and got me on the books for the next morning (today). 2. Jonathan (the tech) called me before coming out and showed up promptly. Super nice guy. 3. He asked me what the problem was--and then he re-created it. 4. He told me that he could fix it and said "to be honest, for what it is going to cost you, you could buy a brand new machine." And then explained that I could probably continue using it until I hat a new machine but suggested smaller loads and explained what will happen as it continues to break down. Problem was barring and spider...something...I just nodded my head like I know what head meant. Cause that's what men do. It cost me about $60 to have him come out and diagnose and give estimate. Awesome. From first impressions and first contact, through communications and notifications, to Jonathan leaving...Great experience! 100%

Went to have the same thing done on another comforter exactly like the first one just a different color and was told the "boss" wasn't there but they would call with a price. No call for two days. We called on day 3 and were told "boss" had an appointment and they would call. That call did happen and we were quoted $70 for the exact same work. The world is full of scams and con artists.
