We got there and was ringing the bell to be let in several times. no one came to open the door. we continued and finally was let in by an employee with an attitude. She was angry. If you don't want to work with the public then you are in the wrong profession. My husband is in great shape works out and eats healthy. They are going to deny him to give blood because they claimed he had a heart arithmetic and he is not allowed to give blood. this was a bold face lie!! they wanted to leave and not attend to him because he does the power red.. he rescheduled and was taken on Monday in collingswood with no problem. I demand the management investigate, he was checking his blood pressure all day thinking something is wrong with him!!! The reviews are here for a reason, do not go here!

When I arrived for my appointment, a woman at the front asked if it was my first time donating. She proceeded to tell me their records state the last time I donated was 2007! Sounds about right because I remember I was in high school. She took my vitals and asked me a few questions. Another woman named Kim came in and checked my iron again because the first time the results came back unreadable. After everything was verified, Khalia(?) took me to one of the donor beds and asked me to get comfortable. I was squeezing a ball the entire time I was laying down. The process was quick and easy. Khalia made me laugh and kept the conversation going which helped me not focus on the needle too much. When the donation was finished, she handed me the Hello Kitty plush toy and asked me to sit in their dining area for at least 10 minutes and help myself to water, juice and snacks. In the dining area, they had cute little Hello Kitty signs. I personally love the collaborations they have been doing lately. I believe there was one with Snoopy last year. This was a great location to visit after not donating blood for so many years. I had a very pleasant experience!

The staff are friendly and get you in and out in a reasonable timeframe. I've been to other locations where this was definitely not the case. With my most recent blood donation, I was a little nervous just because of the current pandemic, but I felt they did a really good job with adhering to guidelines. It also appeared they were staggering appointments so that only 2 donors were in at one time. Easy parking is also a plus!

He was in pain 4 days and was referred to another place that would be able to do it but scheduled him out almost 1 month and a half. My husband called his usual office and told them the pain was unbearable so they referred him to this place and they have been very professional. The office is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It feels like walking into your own home. They fitted him in on the same day and was able to pull it out. He had a elderly female surgeon that was very pleasant. They called him the day after surgery to check up on him as well. Highly recommended thank you A.L checchio & DR. G. T. Horrible and dehumanizing! I was a patient at the Delran Alliance OB/GYN for 10+ years. I…read morecomplained of severe menstrual cramps and excessive bleeding constantly, to the point that I couldnt leave my house for 2-3 days every month, and was repeatedly told it was "normal" by 3 different nurse practitioners. I had ultrasounds that showed cysts on my ovary (more than once) and wasnt tested/treated. Instead I was told, each time, to come back in a few weeks. Dr. O himself diagnosed me with fibroids that had shown up on an ultrasound the year prior (that NO ONE called me about) and nothing was done. Each time I'd call after blood work and ultrasounds were done, I was told all is normal, just like the pain I was constantly in. I ended up finding a new gyno, for obvious reasons. The new Dr. not only took me seriously, she ran tests and started me on a birth control and a pain management plan. Ultimately nothing worked and I ended up recently having to have a hysterectomy. Low and behold, I had stage 4 Adenomyosis. Had birth control and pain management been started sooner, it could have been managed and I wouldve been able to keep my uterus. The silver lining however, is that fibroids and a cyst were also found and removed. I spent YEARS having panic attacks every month, days before my period in actual fear of the pain that was inevitably coming and years being told by Alliance that I was "overreacting", the pain was "normal", and that maybe I was "just was one of those women that dont take pain well". I have the actual reports of me complaining and begging for help and being brushed off by them. This is the worst ob/gyn, let alone doctors office, I've ever been to. I wouldnt bring a stray dog that had just bit me on the street into this place! P.S. The only reason I stayed with them for as long as I did was because they were the only office around me that accepted my insurance.

They recommend medications that are not even within range of the complication, and the midwives at Alliance in Hainesport are rude, far from caring, and overall horrific at their jobs. And if you're looking for test results? They DO NOT CALL YOU, and you will never get your results because the receptionist will continue to tell you that "no one is available to read the results but you can schedule a phone call in a couple days for your results" just so they can try to bill you for telehealth. Their good reviews are BOUGHT.
