Because of the job on the lawn, I also hired them for snow removal. They never arrived at the property to remove snow. I contacted the owner and asked for some clarification on the situation. He said we were on a plow route and should have been plowed. Promised to get it done immediately. A week later, and the property is still not plowed. This caused mail delivery to be suspended, and several headaches for us.

Always timely responses and clear communication of the pricing and the details of the job. In our most recent 2 projects, I needed to speak directly with Aaron on re-working some areas along with timing the job between the binder coat and finish coat of our driveway. Without Aaron's advice and help I would not have been able to manage this. I am thankful for Aaron and Jeannie and the great work they produce.
