Update: This business contacted me after I left a bad review. They threatened to tell my ex husband he was going to be served, which was dumb because he already knew. I thought she was just threatening but she then sent back details that included my name and SSN. I don't know how she had my personal information. I just heard from my ex that someone sent him a text yesterday tipping him off to the service. This person is nuts. I'm filing a claim with BBB. read more

No matter what business you have, what job you do, before anything you are person and should respect other people like a human being. I find this to be the most respectful and unprofessional person I've ever interacted with. The promptness to help was excellent, but just a few hours after hiring her for the 4 attempts of service I found out that the person was in a different state, and I kindly asked Makayla to charge me for the copies and the time of that first and only day.
