I wish I could give this law firm zero stars. This is by far the worst law firm that I have ever dealt with in my life. Tom Keegan, the paralegal Karra, and Janie~the colleague as well as office receptionist are all awful with assisting their clients, as well as being negligent with assisting their clients. They don't listen to their clients, they do what they want to do, as well as ignoring their clients requests. They're very argumentative with their clients in regards to what their clients wants which is very unethical and a cause of legal malpractice. I highly suggest that anyone that may need a lawyer, to find a different attorney. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT let this law firm represent you or handle your cases because they will prolong and drag your case out for months and months at a time, and you'll be waiting over a year to a year and a half just to hear something back from them regarding your case. Once again, I honestly, truly wish I could give this law firm zero stars. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable legal representation. Throughout my case, there were significant communication issues. My concerns and instructions as a client were repeatedly overlooked, and messages went unanswered for long periods of time. I often had to follow up multiple times just to receive basic information about my case. Instead of feeling supported and represented, I felt dismissed and ignored. Delays were constant, and there was a lack of clarity regarding the progress of my matter. What should have been handled efficiently was drawn out far longer than necessary, leaving me feeling uncertain and stressed. Professionalism and client respect should be a priority in a law office, but unfortunately, that was not reflected in my experience here. BEWARE: PLEASE TAKE CAUTION.... Horrible attorneys, after a year and a half lf going to a chiropractor and physical therapy for an accident I was in where a tractor trailer turned into me, this law firm did not fight for liability and refuses to help me with the personal injury I have sustained from said accident. After attempting to reach them several times to figure out what is going on with my case, several months went by without contact from the firm only to get a letter in the mail saying "if I dont not respond shortly my case will be dropped". After showing up to the appointment and talking to the attorney he said something to the affect of "yeah i dont think we should be going after this case because its not worth my time, you should settle." After attempting to then contact my adjuster and the truck drivers adjuster for the claim and (because the attorneys paralegal told me I need to contact them for the video that the truck driver submitted but was never used to prove what happened in the accident) I was told by both adjusters that they are not allowed to speak to me because there are attorneys involved and my attorney is the one supposed to contact the adjusters for me because they are supposed to represent me. After relaying this information to both the paralegal and lawyer and them telling me they will not contact the adjusters for me, I had emailed three(3) separate times to close my case I no longer want to deal with them, because of how poorly they mishandled my case and misrepresented myself. Thomas Keegan Jr. is the absolute worst lawyer that I have come across in my lifetime. My ex-husband and I have remained close friends after being together for over 40 years. He asked me to accompany him to his lawyer Thomas Keegan Jr. so he could make out his will. My ex-husband was in a horrible car accident and almost died. When my ex-husband told Mr. Keegan that he wanted to make me his beneficiary he refused to write his Will. It is a blessing that we had the fortitude to have it done elsewhere because my best friend died a few months later. Run as fast as you can from this law firm! read more

Dealing with this law firm has been nothing but an absolute nightmare, three years later and he still has us filling out a questionnaire as to what happened. I swear it's like he's never filed our case ! This coming after he said he had an offer and put a counter offer in Tom Keegan is nothing but a liar and an absolute joke of a lawyer. I was in a car accident a while back and I have to say that Tom Keegan went above and beyond to help me. I had previous medical injuries and was injured once again from this accident. He fought very hard for me, never gave up and it took some time but we did win in the end. The office staff was always polite and helpful and I was calling his office almost every week to keep updated. ZERO STARS!! Horrible. After having what I thought was a descriptive and meaningful phone conversation with Keegan Jr, when setting an appointment; we arrived to our appointment only to immediately feel as though we'd never spoken to anyone at all. We arrived at 4:25 for a 4:30 appt (having left work early), the ditzy receptionist giving us a lame, mindless "profile" sheet to fill out with of course, employment information required. I mentioned this was only a consultation and that I had already gone into some detail regarding the estate/out of state/real estate questions that we had and that they were a bit too complicated to put down in a short period of time.We wanted some guidance as to whether or not these were even matters he could assist with as he sounded confident of over the phone. I asked why we were kept waiting so long as it was now almost a half hour past our scheduled appointment time and was told "well we never know when appointments will end" with shoulder shrug. We were seconds from walking out when he summoned us in. The patronizing, rude, impatient to downright dismissive manner in which I was treated (likely because he was now being made to fill out the profile sheet whether we liked it or not) was overwhelming. The final straw was when I said I was the one with most of the questions and he shot back with "I'll ask the questions! you just answer them!" I asked to speak with my husband outside and told him I'd be leaving if he wanted to stay fine. He did not. I stuck my head in to say thank you for your time, we'll be going and heard "Good"! Disgusting, unacceptable behavior for a so-called "professional". Think very carefully before retaining. read more
