My 88 year old mother stopped there for gas on 12.4.25 at 930am. She is uncomfortable with today's…read moretechnology and hasn't pumped her own gas in years. She went inside and asked the woman working there if someone could help her. The woman responded very loudly and rudely, "NO there is no one else here!" My mother went back outside and saw a young man at the next pump. She turned to him and asked if he could help her, without hesitation he did. My mother went back inside to give the woman a $20 bill. My mother noticed another woman there as well, so there were two employees there. The woman that told my mother no the first time wondered why my mother was back in there when she needed help. My mother stated that a young man was going to help her. The older woman that appeared after responded with, "How dare you ask our customers to help you!" My mother was shocked at the woman's response and walked back outside. The young man, Devon went in and was shocked by their lack of customer service and mentioned it to my mother. My mother was so upset by what she had just experienced she forgot to tip Devon the kind young man who helped her she can't stop thinking about this experience. Why are these women working there if they are so unhappy? Are these the people you want representing T-Bird? Shame on these women and shame on T-Bird.

On top of that the rollers pushed my car into the exit door of the wash. When the door started to go up it ripped off my front license plate and pulled the frame out of the bumper. Then it scratched up the front of my hood. The best part is that their insurance claims manager, David Hilton, says it's not their fault or problem. Don't do business with these people.

The store itself is always well packed with goods and the bathrooms are clean here. The staff is really great as well. The gas prices are reasonable and sometimes less than the ones closer to the center of Keene. Overall, not a bad place to stop to fuel up or grab some snacks.

Decent # of pumps so there's rarely a line. Slightly annoying that you can't take a left out of the gas station tho & have to turn around in a terrible old lot. The staff in the convenience store are always polite, and the store itself is well packed with items. The last time that I went into the store I needed assistance with directions, and the cashier was willing to take time to explain how to get where I needed to go.

Their prices are low, perhaps this is why?
